You can see at least three of these are covering the front where Chris parks, along with a no trespassing sign and a chain up.

I didn't see any on the left side of the house, but the ones in the front would catch someone going up.

This is the right side of the house, showing a camera pointed directly at the walkway heading up to it, catching anyone entering or leaving.

Caden can basically monitor anytime Chris leaves or comes back, if his car is there, if it's not. Chris can't even sneak out the back and go around to get into his car without it being caught on multiple cameras.

It can also catch if say, Flutter comes to visit, and make sure she's there on the agreed upon times.

First impression is that it might be the 'rehersal' dance scene from A Charlie Brown Christmas, but what I think is the piano isn't the right color.

The problem with that is the Big Island house is festooned with security cameras like Tard Knox. I think it serves the dual purpose of both Caden knowing when Chris leaves, maybe like telling him to ship something out, and Chris lying that he did, but having CCTV of Chris never actually leaving. In addition to that, it can catch Chris bringing anyone else over to the house.

It has an added benefit of being able to point up and down both directions of Route 501, possibly good enough to catch license plates. If someone stopped and threw a brick through his windshield, there's a good chance they'll be immediately caught on camera.

my theory is that the big island house exists as a content farm. all of his actions are being recorded and in the event that chris gets arrested again or the money starts to dry up caden can release the sonichu tapes. in which you get to observe chris like never before wandering around a house all on his own making up various fantasies or whatever else he does when he thinks nobody is watching.

The cameras seem to be all new according to Google maps. The property went through a restoration, and presumably, subdivided into different apartment type areas. The second floor was the biggest, and that's where Chris is. The first floor has I think, two apartments, then there's the former business area on the far right side. (the open door in the screenshots I posted).

As of August 2022, after the remodel, there was one camera. Once Chris moved in, all the others popped up.

I'm going in with the following assumptions:

2. The flight schedule from Charlotte to Richmond has stayed roughly the same.

3. Charlotte was not Flutter's original point of departure. She had a layover in Charlotte.
4. Flutter took the first available plane to Richmond. She arrived too late to board the 4 PM plane.

For one thing, he doesn't live with Caden. Caden lives halfway across the country from Virginia. Chris is essentially a tenant in Caden's property and we have no idea if anyone else is living there with Chris.

For another thing, why would there be any legal issues with Chris living there? He's legally an independent adult, just like anyone else in the US over the age of 18. The law and the government don't give a shit that Chris has a brain made from mush and the mentality of a ten year old. Until a court of law adjudicates Chris a mental incompetent and unfit to be outside of a psych hospital, he's free to live wherever he wants (aside from 14BC apparently, which was likely either a condition of his release and letting the charges drop, or Barb's family making it clear he could no longer cohabitate with her).

If you're referring to Caden "taking advantage" of Chris some how...why should anyone care? They're two adults who have come to a mutual agreement with each other.
