Most ML image generators certainly can make coherent text, for example:

But the signs in the background end up with similar distortions and blocks along the bottom that represent letters:

On some old signs as they age the edges of the printed letters start to lift and peel and curl up. That’s what I think is happening here. Not AI.

In the early post-jail months there was a black woman who waited for him in a car iirc once or twice, must have been a literal tard wrangler from the group home. That's the only one that comes to mind.

Check other small details, like trees or the Toyota logo, they look weird too, like they were drawn with a brush. Usually AI produces sharper images, albeit with weird letters.
I'm more likely to believe that someone took a picture of Chris and inpainted Flutter's head than that the entire image is generated.

edit: Ok, I just checked the max zoom on my phone's camera and it produced almost identical artifacts.

It's definitely a zoom feature or AI-enhancing app smoothing otherwise sharper-edged pixels by making them look a bit like brushstrokes.
There's a number plate at the forefront, the adidas logo on cwc's shirt (both looking sharp enough), and two signs in the background. AI would have fucked up the typefaces on at least one of those by a) making letters look like that godforsaken Amharic script or that language from the Sims games, or b) the borders of any of those, as in the AI-generated example @JustTheFaxcts posted.

If I recall correctly, not long after he got out from prison, Chris used to live on a community/group housing, he made a male friend there if i recall correctly again, not sure if he's still in contact with him tho.

Completely true. Caden, weens and commercialization have tainted everything.

But that's what people do when they get older, fully capitalized on their success or notoriety. Even younger people do that.

Yeah, I am starting to think Chris is done and is just a fad for weens at this point.

I have to wonder if these people will continue to support him for the next few decades until he dies, will some of these weens continue to pay money just to post Jullie on the three live streams he does per year well into their 60s, will they continue to buy the merch until he dies and they are in their 60s or 70s, or will they lose interest after a decade or some and then will the homeless saga begin.

Honestly, I think the weens losing interest and no longer giving Chris money after a decade or so is our only hope of Chris every becoming interesting again.

In jail and mental care he would have for the first time been subjected to a situation where he wouldn’t get his way by sperging out, manipulation or being enabled by his ill prepared parents.
They must have instilled a sense or methodology into him on how to behave and as he has no other sense of how to behave outside of how he eventually crafted his life to be, then he followed what he was taught.
Flutter and Caden, and possible other unofficial wranglers, likely keep him on track by reminding him to behave.
We saw a possible instance of this when he didn’t flip out at that convention he was removed from.
Flutter seemed to keep him from having a tantrum and possibly reminded him of the appropriate behavior.

So basically unless something happens that means that Caden or whoever is helping him stay housed then I strongly suspect Chris will remain boring and just an oddly dressed weirdo seen out and about on occasion.

3. Praetor wrangling. Obviously something is going on with Caden and his crew with Chris. Caden's Big Island tardarium was exposed, and people are out actively hunting to figure out who Flutter is. Chris throwing his tard tantrums and other nonsense might be seen as drawing too much attention to whatever Praetor is doing.
4. Chris is old. He passed 40, with those 40 years eating garbage and not exercising (outside of school). His energy is just not what it used to be. I doubt he could gesticulate wildly like he used to in his 20s as shown by those videos of him bouncing off the walls. If Chris did that today, he'd probably have a heart attack. In one livestream, he was sweating and out of breath just sitting and talking.

There's also a theory that I have that locals may have confronted him at some point. While Chris can dismiss some ween, a 50 year old woman comes up to him and goes "Aren't you the Ruckersville Rapist?" is going to hit him a lot harder.

I don’t think my theory excludes those elements.

He has been told not to come back in the past by people before, infamously the Game place.
On those occasions he really didn’t accept it and even ended up in trouble with the law for trespassing at malls he had been told not to return to.

Many crazy old men like for instance Tommy Tooter and park or public space dwelling winos still have freakouts and things into their 60s, even if they look 80.
And they don’t get any more exercise than Chris, with the alcohol and drugs also doing a number on their systems.

I suppose the other possibility we are not considering is that he might also be zonked out of his mind on meds.

Even a strong daily dose of Zoloft would calm him down plenty without having too many outward signs.

Flutter could be helping him remember to take these every day.
