That is about the only hope this kid has, sadly I am getting the impression Flutter is really dependent on Chris and lets him run her life while she just acts like a child, I am thinking she may be severely mentally retarded and she really does look up to Chris and love him so the chances of her walking away are slim.

Chris really needs an acting coach.
Getting him to "act natural" is almost as difficult as getting him to act normal.
Maybe the photographer could start giving better cues to Chris, or provide better motivation.
While I appreciate the description of what her voice sounds like, would it really have been too difficult to record Cabbage's voice?
That way we can run it through an AI voice analyzer. Heheheh.

Yeah, if this is true, it's solidifying for me that she's either a Praetor handler, or else involved in some sort of manipulation of Chris.
Flutter's appearance comes after Chris's super secret squirrel flight to the midwest and now, if she is talking in an "anime girl" voice (I don't really know what that means), then it seems to fit in with one of Chris's big interests.
People involved with Chris who have to put on some sort of act, for his benefit, are 100% up to no good.

I don't understand though because in the pictures she's not obscured or even covering her face with anything, she's just turned sideways to the camera. Does she spend every second of the day spinning around in public and hiding from every single person they encounter in the chance they're secretly recording them? Well we know the answer is no, because they've been in plenty of places where she's sat stationary. This person could've easily captured her face by just recording a 10s video instead of these autistic snap photos. it could be some idea guys nonsense where chris responds to her better when she uses the voice because he thinks shes someone else. or just typical chris weirdness.
i will say i find it funny that shes around now when most schools are out. if she vanishes again soon it leaves me to believe she is involved in the school system in some way she could even be a teacher. lord knows there are some weird teachers out there and i could easily see one finding themselves attracted to chris because he acts like a child without actually being a child.
the thing that gets me the most is that sometimes she is not even turning her head some random guys arm is just in the way or chris is blocking her. it is hard for me to think of an easier place to get a picture of someones face without them knowing then a grocery store yet somehow nobody can get flutters face?
how hard is it to go to the opposite end of whatever aisle they are in and pretend to be on the phone or taking a picture of food for someones delivery order?
i see people in stores with their phones out talking to people all the time its a pretty common thing especially nowadays. these people have to be doing it on purpose either because caden is paying them or they think they are going to be famous for being some of the first people to see flutter before people do find out who she is.

If they aren't staged pictures, the people who recognize Chris probably stare at him and give tells that they know who they are that Flutter picks up on.
I do think they are staged because sometimes it just seems too lucky. I think one person that spotted them parked literally in front of their car. Like how hard would it be to just drive past with a phone recording?

She seems to be to complex for an actual handler arranged and employed or voluntarily doing this for Praetor/Caden.
I think if she is something like that, she befriended Chris independently, but has now seen some kind of sense in Caden’s plans and handles Chris with their assistance.
Maybe also Caden told her it’s a condition of Chris’s living arrangements and it’s in his best interests.
Which could make sense as it’s been a while now and no public Sperg outs or risk of returning to jail.
I really don’t think she is manipulating him maliciously as a result.
Any malicious actors do so with the intentions of profit or damage to the target.

Just to play the devil's advocate but, if you were being paid to wrangle Chris, as a woman, knowing Chris's past and how pretty much every person was doxed, either from folks on the internet, or Chris himself, you're going to want to obscure who you are and your past as much as you can.
Especially if there's a high chance that things are going to go south. It's a great way of getting Chris off your back by saying something like "I've had a family emergency, I'm going back to Finland, don't worry, I'll contact you when I get there", then cut all ties. Chris would only have whatever story you told him and Caden vouched for, but other than that, nothing else.
Maybe Chris is learning Finnish on his own, like to impress her, rather than anything she told him to do.
