Yeah and it's not even illegal. If you're in a public space, you have no right to privacy as per the US Supreme Court. So if they're outside and you aren't trespassing (such as standing on the street), there's not a damn thing they can do about you recording them

I know it's annoying but irl people are really shy. It's so easy to get called a ween or a stalker whatever, it really does take some balls to go up and snap a candid picture of people. I couldn't do it even though I would do my best to get a few good pictures superstitiously.

I commend the people that try though, as long as they're not being obnoxious and trying to follow him.

There definitely is some risk with interacting with Chris, even in public. For instance, Flutter or Chris could take your picture and put it up on social media like that Jeep guy. However, that's not all cut and dry since according to VA law, if Chris or Caden puts your picture up, ID's you, they can get hit with a harassment charge specifically because they're doing it to get you harassed on the internet.

Not withstanding that, is that the majority of casuals who are into basic Chris lore definitely are scared of Chris. To a casual, who only knows of Chris from the major stuff, they think: here's a man that tried to run over a game store owner because he wouldn't put up with Chris's obnoxious behavior; who maced a store manager "over Sonic's arm color", who will absolutely meltdown at the top of his voice in a public spot, and many, many other things that would make someone be afraid to interact with Chris.

Chris was supposed to drop the name of every person who sent him or corresponding with him but Cadirt probably forbade him.

Even so, Flutter continues to dance like leaves in the wind around our heads. The fact that it's lasted this long is a testament to her vigilance and cunning.

That or the fact that she's from another country and appears at random. Somebody gotta walk up and ask her if she's that famous actress you saw that one foreign film. And say like you know I think I know you too, aren't you Christine the actress? I mean don't really but I think gushing and flattery is the only thing that would work.

That’s what I mean by them being so timid.

As long as you do all this shit quick enough or the right kind of discreet, you should be able to walk off before either of them can react quick enough with their camera app.

Even top of the line iPhones and other high end phones will take a few seconds for the app to start, and that is if they have their phone in their hand with the app icon ready to press.

That’s certainly enough time for literally anyone to turn their back and walk away from them. Then Chris and Flutter would only have a back shot of a retreating person. Even better if one can slip into a crowd.

Even if Chris has done violent things in the past, he shows he needs either his car, which he won’t be in walking down a street, or pepper spray, which unless it’s in his hand too, will take him vital seconds of escape time to operate.
It really shows up their cowardice if they fear him.

Minor updates to the post. As was posted in Random Chris Updates, the livestream showed us Chris made a skin of Flutter. It also confirms she has blue eyes, which matches the info from Animate Raleigh spotters. Blue eyes and blonde hair is relatively common in the Scandinavian countries, so it could be a match.

Bro, that mix is common in the Western world to ANYONE with European ancestry. It does nothing to prove the claim that Flutter is Finnish.

All I said is that it is the MOST common in Scandinavia. I live in Poland, and, here, blond women with blue eyes exist, but they're pretty rare compared to brunettes with blue eyes or blondes with brown eyes.

Funny but actually untrue.

Because most of the non whites in Sweden live in the cities, one sees a disproportionate amount of them out and about in the cities.

Most purebred Swedes live in the smaller towns ( which they think are fucking massive) and are still as aryan and Hitler hard on inducing as they ever were.

Finland contains some non whites but they are mostly confined to Helsinki.

The browns and such fear the dark forests, and frozen rivers, snow and the like.
