Not just in goods like that, e.coli can healthy grow in a softserve machine but even if you are careful you can still get it. If you suck you fingers after wiping your ass you might still get the coli. It's weird how that works.The reason cookie dough packages tell you not to eat the stuff raw isn't just because of the raw eggs. It's also because of the raw flour used to make it can contain pathogens like E.coli.
This extends to all flours, and any prepackage mixes that contain them so even things like raw cake, and pancake batter pose a risk. This means that even if you don't use eggs, there's a still chance you could get sick by eating the stuff.
Aaand hepatitis, that can be gotten from places and products that will surprise you(spoiler: it's probably china and chinese goods. in way that will surprise you)!
