Honestly, who gives a shit. Seriously. GoT crashed as hard as Mass Effect. Who is excited for this shit pile? GRRM won't even have 'Winds of Winter' out to promote the show and he seems less and less interested by the day.

Ugging up the pretty characters, token, random, nonsensical diversity....yeah, it looks like its going to be REAL good HBO. They've been so fucking miss with a metric ton of their stuff lately. Ah yes, what a brilliant idea, casting the famously Albino-looking Valriyans as..... literally the darkest skinned ethnic group possible. That makes perfect sense and doesn't come off forced and pandering at all!
Honestly, if they have to racebend them, they should have went with east asians. I've seen fanart and edits of people fancasting east asian people as Valriyans and Targaryens and while it's not accurate, it at least looks good.
