Despite their name, rape kits only establish if sex occurred. While they do look for and document any physical trauma, that doesn't establish whether someone was raped. Rape is simply sex without consent, it may be violent and leave physical damage or it may not. Likewise, totally consensual sex can leave similar physical damage, especially if the participants are into kinky stuff or if some legitimate accident occurs.

A rape kit is definitely a helpful piece of evidence in a sexual assault prosecution, and definitely useful here for incest where all that needs to be proven is that sex occurred between people barred from legally marrying. It doesn't prove whether Barb consented or not or was taken advantage of though. So if it took a while for Barb to talk, it could provide an explanation as to why they waited. But there are other explanations as to why they waited too.

Obviously a sane individual with a good grasp on reality very likely would not attempt to have sex with their own mother. No. This is the thing with Chris, he had sexual thoughts about his mother long before sonichu was discovered by the internet and before he went down his dark slippery slope into insanity. That plus Chris saying he did it might be something more substantial, but his lawyer will argue that he has a history of tall tales and being manipulated. You're trusting Chris here about using condoms is the problem. Chris also said he was gonna get checked for STD's in that line to Null when talkin about bangin "girlfriend", even though we now know he was fuckin Barb so STD's would be a complete non-issue. I think Chris will still plead guilty. Going to grand jury even if he's still saying innocent during the grand jury trial is just a check to see if the prosecution has any case whatsoever. I imagine he will maintain innocence till after the grand jury and then plead out if it makes it through.

This case is a nightmare for the prosecution, I imagine their plea deals will be fairly generous just to make it over. Barbara is likely uncooperative and dumb as a brick which makes the likelyhood of putting her on stand pretty rough. If she has any lawyer representation at all they will be telling her going on stand could only potentially incriminate her. Chris' lawyer is likely telling him the same thing and I doubt he will go on stand either.

On the assumption that both if these retards are following their lawyers advice, the prosecutions evidence sounds something like this. "Yes so, an autistic woman online who also refused to be here and was in the process of a month long endeavor to defame this retard on purpose by tricking him into saying something weird got him to say he fucked his mom, the prosecution rests."
