Isn't this the first female playable character in GTA?

...certified woman moment...
Technically not, you can chose a female character in GTAO if I recall. Hell, I think you could do that in GTA 4's online mode and even that weird split screen mode in GTA San Andreas I was talking about.
So, not, not even close. For a single player mode? Yes, big whoop. Oh wait, GTA 1 exists and you can chose to play as a female too, never mind lmao

It's also proof that the gaming industry is running out of ideas. Compare the technical leaps from GTA 1 to GTA 3, then GTA 3 to GTA SA, then GTA 3/SA to GTA IV, and finally GTA IV to GTA V. The real test, from a technological perspective, would be if it could handle all those assets in a open-world with 4K and 60 fps minimum with minimum loading.
IMO GTA 4 felt like a step back from GTA:SA. The world felt way smaller, there was way less to do. Sure it was dark, gritty and a little more serious than San Andreas, but that was part of the game's satire which set it above games like True Crime streets for LA, Driver and similar games.

Doesn't GTA V super reliably get 4k 60fps+ in basically any scenario?
The only place that is a limit on is on consoles and consoles are for faggots so it doesn't even matter.

There was no technical nor really any gameplay jump from GTA 1 to GTA 2 nor from GTA 3 to Vice City. San Andreas really just added gameplay elements/mechanics. GTA IV from what I remember just felt like more impressive graphics than GTA 3 with some gimmick features like slow motion and other bullshit but didn't really feel like it pushed technical/gameplay boundaries (but the story was solid and had memorable characters)
They can literally just make an enjoyable story but we all know developers suck at that. GTA V was really technically impressive and all that bullshit but had its flaws here and there but the story and characters were super enjoyable and memorable. The crazy guy was especially memorable.

Well, that was their intention to flex their writing skills into something more original or niche than just parodies of famous crime shows/movies. They were planning on making IV bigger with upstate New York, but it proved too difficult during development. I liked the "less is more" approach GTA IV did.

Trailer itself was fun but I don't hold my breath for anything in this demon-infested hellscape that we call life in 2025.

What's weird is how much female attention Jason gets and yet he settles for this unironic goblin-looking spic bitch.

Is it really that difficult for developers to willfully make an attractive female character? We have to deal with enough fat ass spics and nigger bitches in real life...

Anyways, not pre-ordering jack shit. Let the NPCs have their happiness of this especially seasoned goyslop.

No, GTA 1 allowed you to pick characters to play as. A couple of them were women. Whether canon or not, I do not know.
It's been ages since I played GTA 1 but I doubt the story changed depending on whether you were male/female so it was probably a super inconsequential choice.

edit: it looks like choosing different characters in GTA 1 was purely a cosmetic choice: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Ulrika so it doesn't even rise to being canon or not, it literally didn't matter at all.

100%, they're trying to fool their double digit fanbase into thinking the game is going to be just the good old days. Then, when everyone already bought it, we will see the actual woke stuff later on in the game, past the 2 hour refund window, like with KCD2 and many other recent titles.
Watch, since their fanbase is mostly just horny teenagers and porn obsessed non-white third worlders, all we will be hearing about from them for weeks will be "ass this", "ass that" and no criticism of the game will be allowed.
Exactly. The amount of nigger, gooner and troon pandering Rockstar has done in these past few years shows that Rockstar fully knows its main customer demographic for this game AND that it will be twitch thot friendly. Just look at the amount of mids that only a nigger, spic, jeet or some thirsty seamonkey can obsess over.

If I remember correctly, it was found out that different regions, ie Liberty City and Vice City, might have been part of GTA 5's scrapped single player DLC. If not, those regions were at least tested in the engine.
That said, I bet you could run this game in the GTA 5 engine, on GTA 5(next gen edition) hardware requirements. Won't stop the game from being an unoptimized mess since the credits will be nothing page after page of pajeets using lazy AI tech to do the work for them, ala Definitive Edition.

It is, pretty much your choice of pixels and maybe a different grunt if you play as a female. I don't remember anymore.

The characters were a lot stronger, I'll give you that. I was more invested in finishing 4 for the story than I was to finish San Andreas. The writers for 4 did a better job at making me give a shit about Niko.
They should have just set it in the winter though, with how floaty and skiddy the driving controls were. Sure it had bullshit minigames, but they didn't hinge on anything. The DDR-style dancing and low-rider shit was always so touchy, but maybe I was just garbage at it.

GTA 1 was 2D overhead; GTA 3 fully realized its series' gameplay loop and player freedom by having it in a 3D environment. GTA 1 was one of the first games to try an open world game like that. Of course, Driver did it first in 3D, but GTA 3 had it in an accessible manner compared to Driver.

Well the attention he's been getting are either from other goblin spics or fat niggers. My best guess is Jason's an informant or some shit for him to settle in a place like Niggorida constantly getting cat-called by animals in heat. I hope there's an option at the end of the game to choose either protags to continue playing after the game ends.

When it comes to graphics, it looks really really nice, but thats about it for me,
I'm tired of seeing what it feels like a coomer game between the two protagonists, theres no real gameplay and too much niggers.

After the new trailer I have no doubt that Rockstar are going to push the ps5 gen of consoles to the brink the same way they did with the PS3 and GTA V, it looks very polished but then again we haven't seen gameplay itself. My concern remains that the writing is going to be shit because so many of the good talent have left Rockstar, but I guess we'll see. Regardless I think this is another "too big to fail" thing, GTA VI WILL be a money printer.

I’m hoping it’s all full of heckin valid trans women and the main characters can have gender reassignment surgery as well have being able to create a fursona.

Driver did it first in 3D, but GTA 3 had it in an accessible manner compared to Driver.
Driver really wasn't the first in 3D. I know its a bullshit title anyway to autism argue over but there were games before driver that experimented with 3D or 3D-like environments and a somewhat sandbox environment.

There were also some non-mainstream games from what I remember that were similar in genre to all of this.
