The IRS requirement is less than %20, the number varies but I think it's currently around %15 of actual proceeds going to the cause itself to qualify as a 5013c. Let's say you start a charity called "Protect Trans Kids" you take in 10K monthly after months/years of building it up the brand, then you find one faggot quack Doctor and send him a $1,500 check to tell the IRS he discounted some kids mutilation for $1,500 because your charity; even better you find a SANE doctor and send him a $1,500 check to provide "free consultations" for a a handful of kids and talk them out of ruining their lives. Between Hipaa laws and 5013c rules you are damn near bulletproof. The IRS cannnot demand the names of any of these patients undeer Hipaa, not to mention if you can find a sane ethical doctor who will talk kids your of ruining their lives, you have now made money, sent money to a Dr. who saves children's lives, and dry fucked the left in the ass for $10,000, IF you get to that level of success and built your brand. to that level.

The best part is let's say you get "caught", you have commited no crime of any kind as long as you abide by 5013c, and now the retards on the left won't blindly give money to charitities that are morally wrong as frequently as before. There's a video I watched a bit ago that I think does a good job explaining this. It isn't necessarily a 1 to 1, but "old money" and the current "establishment" have a lot of overlap and are a lot of times the same thing.
