The demo they released in December is pretty decent all things considered, there are some rough edges but the point of the demo was to receive feedback and afterwards they said they've taken several things to heart.

Let's just hope their morale hasn't been shattered with this dumb shit.

Seems like they released more files since your reply so I hope they haven’t given up on this. I wanted to try out the demo this weekend. I’ll admit I haven’t watched that YT vid you linked. Just saw this reply and I always reply before investigating anything.

I'm pretty sure I first beat HL1 with the original Crack-Life installed.
I remember having to look up how to kill Nihilanth and then the screen fading to black as I blasted his open skull with slowed down Justin Bieber music.

EDIT: Okay this is absolute peak of HL modding. How can one man be this fucking based?

I have now finished the mod and Siemka left a very nice message by the end of it but I don't want to spoil all of it. I 100% recommend playing through it, a ton of care and effort went into this glorified shitpost.

I'm seconding @Slav Power, this is truly MOTY and will be remembered among the greatest HL1 mods such as They Hunger, Afraid of Monsters and so on. I love that Siemka123 made the conscious decision to leave out all the offensive parts of the game out of the trailer as to not raise any instant red flags for the ModDB jannies. I HIGHLY recommend this mod to anyone who enjoys HL1 as it's really well made: from level design to combat - everything feels just right.
Oh and the humor, absolutely brilliant:

My guess is trannies don't actually play the games they attach themselves to, as the spiciest stuff is towards the end of the game (and you can't really stream this game anywhere, so the sensitive ones have no way to see what's inside without playing it themselves):
