Look up Indian tea, it has milk and cinnamon and tastes better than traditional teas. Yerba Mate is great and has some other alkaloids that make it a bit more calming than coffee. It is a whole preperation though. if you can get it in fresh form in Serbia or whatever then I'd recommend it but if not fresh maybe it is not worth it. tea generall though I've found much less agitating than coffee. If you get it the preparation is important, don't skim on the dose, make sure you heat it for the recommended time. IF you have access to coca tea bags (used to be sold on amazon lmao not anymore) then that is probably the best thing though, nothing like snorting cocaine and a nice stimulant but if you can access fresh(ish) product I'd highly recommend yerba over coffee or whatever.I'm thinking of picking up tea to replace my 16 hour a day caffeine drip. Yeah I take Orange Pekoe (Tetley) with milk or half and half and enough sugar to taste.Orange Pekoe has a nice aftertaste
Most tea is shit except for sweet tea and long island iced tea. Drink sweet tea in the morning and long island iced tea in the noon. You can also make hot toddies to help go to bed. When I gave up soda I couldn't replace it with a hot drink - bubbles are life - I found that sparkling water was the easiest switch out and you can get it anywhere and no prep involved. You will have to experiment with different blends and additions to see what you enjoy and what works. Tea is nice for its versatility, you can have teas for focusing and for energy, or for relaxing and winding down.
