Yeah, they have a parliamentary system where the Prime Minister leads the government but the President is technically the ceremonial head of state and is in charge of the military. A lot of the European countries have a system like that, it's different from the federalized two-party system in the United States.

The closest American example would be how the President is head of the executive branch while the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader would be the leaders in the legislature.

I kinda don't care about Hollywood actors/singers in the sense that I don't see them as demigods or anything like that . However, it would be very annoying the unwanted media attention or the derailing threads with movie references everytime they post.

I'd give not impossible odds on Henry Cavill or James Franco being on here.

Depends on the famous person, Taylor Swift, well we already know she browses 4chan. But Tom Hanks or Tim Robbins I'd be like " who in the fuck do you wanna shit on THAT much?!"
