Foamer is a name for the ones who 'foam at the mouth' (at least I am pretty sure this is the implied origin of the term) over the trains, to the point where it really ruins the hobby for a lot of other people. Equivalents would be 'that guy' who takes video games too seriously, he might actually be good and knowledgeable as well, but his obsession turns people off because he always manages to escalate any given situation he is in. Lots of people who play casual sports have one or two of these guys in their leagues as well, the one who disputes everything and tries to cite official NBA rules over a friendly game at the gym, etc.

Really, foamer can be used outside of the train fandom, it's a good term for any obsessive, autistic douchebag who manages to bring drama and problems to an otherwise enjoyable hobby. On topic, ADF is probably considered a foamer for many things, he is probably a foamer over tattoos and anime. A foamer boils down to someone who probably wishes he/she was an actual paid professional in a specific field, but is either too unqualified or too stupid to become one, so they just pop boners over the hobby instead.

Take this opportunity to get the fuck away from ADF forever. He's clearly mentally ill and highly volatile. You seem like a nice enough person, you don't need this shit in your life. I wouldn't wish dealing with ADF on my worst enemy.

Yeah, he's just one wrong look away from stabbing people with his "cissie stabber". But seriously, this is the best thing that can happen to you. You do not need Phil's bullshit to drag you around. And awesome on you for being a man, and sticking to your convictions.

Edit: Implying Phil could ever stab anyone. The dude got his ass kicked at an occupy rally. How fucking pitiful is that? If anyone looked at him, I guarantee he'd turn and run away. Like the bitch he is.

But youre way too good to be wasting your time with Phil, just let him sit and fester with Kinny and Jordman and worry about your own life. Youre the only one out of that group thats actually open minded and cool, you can find other friends no problem.

So, right after posting screencaps of this text conversation with Michael (which received NO attention whatsoever), Ahuviya proceeded to make a suicide threat to her friends list, which seems to have resulted in a load of people running to her rescue IRL....which is, I'm sure, what she was hoping would happen.

I've known this kid for a few years, and while she's never been stable in my experience, the attention whoring has reached a whole new level since she got to the West Coast. I didn't even know how off the charts it had become till she got back in contact with me recently and I came across these boards, but I hope she gets the help she needs soon, or she hasn't long for this earth.

So, I'm gonna quote someone smarter than me on this one... "Threatening to commit suicide is a manipulation tactic. You are not responsible for someone else's suicide or lack thereof. The only time you are responsible for someone else's mental health or behavior is if you are a trained professional and they are in your care. If you are a trained professional and they are not in your care, the area becomes grayer. However, assuming you are not a trained professional, there are generally two ways to handle this. There's the asshole way of calling their bluff, but that can really backfire in the small chance it's not a bluff. Then there's the path of bringing in a trained professional to deal with their shit. If suicide is a legitimate risk, call the authorities and have them take the person to a trained professional."

Obviously, someone posting semi-publicly on Facebook about wanting to off herself wants to be saved. She wants attention so badly, she will do basically anything to get it, and that's both sick and really, really pitiful.
