I am aware that not all this relates directly to the bodycam footage, search of the home and arrest of Nick, Kayla and April.
But Nick's behavior paints a pretty stark picture how he has been trying to undermine the trust in the state, the court, the judges and all state employees, even the independent drug testing lab. He wants the public to believe his story only, and everyone else is part of an evil conspiracy with the explicit goal to take away his children.
Not just the bodycam footage should be made public, but all interviews with Nick, Kayla and April as well.
Video of Nick suggesting there is a "true story he cannot tell" and "the government will lie about you".
Starting at 6:41 he insinuates that: He cannot tell the full story because he is constrained in what he can say.
7:01 "Stay tuned, the story will [come] out over time"
7:53 "Everyone should be concerned about what the state can claim at all times"
8:13 "When the state is ready to, they will lie about you. This is a fact! It is an unavoidable fact of government."

Elissa Clip (@elb) of Nick talking about his court appointed lawyer giving bad advice and advising anyone who has a lawyer who tells people to pre-emptively comply with things, to seek different council.
[Preservetube]
Stallyn19 clip. At 2:06 Nick tells a story about a case "he had" about a felony possession charge, which is what he was accused of at the time. Nick tells the story of government misconduct and general incompetence of expert police officers messing up tests and submitting false positives. (The insinuation being that this could also apply to his case)

[EDIT1]
Elissa Clip of Nick on "The Dick Show" talking about CPS illegally interviewing his kids, pretending that they have guardianship and can do it without any legal representation present for the kids, adding to the "it is a government conspiracy narrative", on March 30th 2025.
The relevant segment starts at 1:01

Stallyn19 compilation of Nick talking about his case from his recent stream on April 19th I believe.
1) Beginning of the clip he claims the initial reports that started the investigation were based on lies by people who had no clue about drug use. Repeats the allegation that there is still suspicious stuff with the search warrant. (Same conspiracy narrative, no such evidence was presented during the Franks hearing where it would have been appropriate)
2) Starting at 5:19 Nick claims he will go through some audio and video stuff (bodycam footage or interviews) to show the "uncharacteristic hostility" towards him by the lead investigator (Detective Pomplun). Nick also claims that "He [Detective Pomplun] indicated he was after me for months!"
3) Starting at 12:30 Nick talks about the positive cocaine test of his daughter and spins a wild story about how the state did not validate the test results and then mixes it into the "ongoing safety issue at their house". (The judge ruled on June 6th 2024 in that CPS case that there was an ongoing safety concern because 1) a child had tested positive for cocaine and 2) both parents had revoked their consent to drug test results being shared. So the ongoing issue was at least partially caused by Nick and Kayla.)
4) At 13:42 Nick repeats the story about the police officers touching his daughter hair and that he has studies that show a positive test can be caused by transference. He is ACTIVELY blaming the police for the positive test that resulted in his children being taken away for a prolonged period of time. He also claims they never had a chance to defend against this in court. Nick also claims that no follow up tests were done because he did not have custody and could not go get a test done and the state denied a follow up test when requested to by Nick's lawyer. (Just to repeat it, this is AFTER the sentencing. Nick is repeating the same lie and claiming that neither he or Kayla caused his daughter to somehow ingest enough cocaine to test at 10x the limit, exceeding the upper range of the test. Bodycam footage should be made public)
5) 15:48 Nick claims they (Nick and Kayla) still do not know for sure if their kid was actually exposed to cocaine, because it could have been a sample error by the lab mixing up samples. Also claims a discovery violation by the state for not providing proper documentation about MN Monitoring.
