Is there a good reason to hate cops? - You know, besides being a criminal

Depends on what kind of cop you're dealing with. In my experiences, local cops are much more agreeable, while state cops tend to be power-hungry pricks. I've never had an unpleasant run-in with a local cop, but I can't say the same for my state's police (and over something very minor, at that).

The last interaction I had with a cop was an accurate summation of them. Some nigger did a series of car break ins. Cops were called and he told everyone just to file an insurance report. One guy’s iPad was stolen and was tracked down using the tracking feature and of course it was at the nigger part of town many miles away. The cop eventually got annoyed by people going up to him and reporting a broken car window, stolen items, and what not. He finally exploded, FILE A FUCKING CLAIM WITH YOUR INSURANCE, got in his car and peeled out. Multiple crimes were committed and he couldn’t be assed to do anything. No police reports either to provide to insurance. But we were all wypipo who could be pushed around and ignored so that’s what they did.

When the right people join law enforcement--those that want to serve and protect--they can be an incredible force for good in their communities.
Short of living in a place where one can keep the illusion up indefinitely? The only "good" cops I've known in more populous/pozzed areas are the ones who end up quitting on principle. I'm not entirely sure it's possible to stay a well-meaning "straight edge" cop for long in those places. Eventually, you get asked to do some shady shit, and that seems to be a tipping point. Granted, these are references from former NYC/New Haven cops, so this example might be skewed. I actually doubt it's too far off, tho.

And yet, if you all went into Niggerville armed and got your shit back, then you'd be at fault for whatever happened (including daring to protect your property). They won't lift a finger to help you, but if you try and help yourselves they'll be more than happy to punish you for it.

I’ve encountered more reasonable cops than cunty pigs in my time, but the cunty pig encounters stick out a lot more in my mind.

Less funding for PDs will likely make the problem worse. Less incentive to become a cop means the only people willing to do the job will be the exact kind of people you don’t want doing the job… guys who just want power over others
