Not commenting does not formally mean renouncing. Also, by the 15th century, changes to the succession law required the approval of both king and parliament, so while the king can abdicate, he can’t disinherit his own heirs without parliament’s approval.

I said that God himself would restore rightful monarchy but now that I left Catholicism, and therefore don’t know what faith to believe if any, I now think that it is up to me and others to restore rightful monarchy in Britain.

There are already people in Britain who wish to restore the Jacobite heirs. So since I left Catholicism over Joan of Arc and became agnostic, here is an update on my views of how England should be run when the true heirs are restored to the throne.

Social politics

As I said, when the other European countries who will obviously intervene to stop the conquest of England get conquered, the English will take over the Catholic Church and the monarchs of England will appoint the Popes. A major reform to stop clerical sexual abuse is that there will be CCTV cameras in rooms such as the confession chambers. Also the seal of confession will be reformed so that if the penitent confesses to breaking the law, the confessor will be required to report it to the authorities.

But since most English are irreligious, people will have freedom to practice their own religion or lack of religion. The only religion that will not be tolerated is Jehovah’s Witnesses for being unpatriotic. There will also be an end to open borders, to stop Muslims from immigrating to England and the Muslims living in England will have to either assimilate into western culture or get deported. Muslim women can wear hijabs but they must not be allowed to harass people who don’t wear hijabs and must not be allowed to wear burquas or burkinis.

Also, when Muslims and Jews do their animal slaughter, it must be done humanely so that the animal doesn't feel pain. Therefore, the animal should be stunned and unconscious before being cut.

Abortion will be made illegal except in cases where the mother’s life is in danger.

Homosexual relations will be legal since 4 English kings Richard I, Edward II, Richard II, and James I were bisexual. However, for the sake of the children's well being, obscenity will not be allowed in public, it shall not be promoted in school, and only heterosexual couples can adopt children.

The economy will be capitalist but it will have regulations to prevent monopolies. The economy will be free from the burdensome regulations of the European Union. In foreign trade there will be economic protectionism to protect the English industries and people's jobs.

The tax rate will be proportional to people's income.

Usury will be illegal like it was in Medieval England because forcing people to pay interest is financially exploitative. I'm not being antisemitic because I know that not all bankers are Jews, and not all Jews are bankers, but Edward I was forced to banish the Jews from England in 1290 because many of them practiced usury. Hopefully that won't have to happen again.

The healthcare system will be like Trumpcare. There will be regulations on insurance companies to make sure that the healthcare is affordable but people will have the freedom to choose their health insurance and to cut government spending, there won't be penalties for those who are uninsured.

The Justice System

The justice system will be based on common law. People will have a right to a jury and a lawyer.

Disrespecting the monarch should be punished by a yearly jail sentence. So should disrespecting a previous monarch on the good monarchs list. Therefore the Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Braveheart will be banned.

The death penalty will be restored for mass murderers, child molesters, and those who commit high treason(trying to overthrow the government). Traditionally, traitors were publicly beheaded and their heads were put on pikes and publicly displayed for a while.

Enhanced interrogation techniques should be permitted as a means of interrogating criminals, rebels, and terrorists.

Well in my comment I talked about legalizing prostitution so it doesn’t make sense to have prostitution legal while pornography illegal so pornography should be legal too.
