Damn, honestly I wouldn't mind a completely unfiltered R rated AVGN where he uses the kind of language we do here, he'd have to restrict it to maybe particular websites but it definitely renew some interest in the Nerd episodes actually being interesting and worth watching again for that gimmick alone. Honestly considering how barrel-scraping the current episodes height of quality have been, If James were to really give it everything he's got and deliver one final genuine farewell to AVGN, what kind of content, game should he cover? Should it be sort of an AVGN All stars that has the Nerd get into a huge battle with all his past games and foes? Or should it be more akin to like a final fight with some sort of company or entity that's responsible for all these games in the first place and the Nerd character going through some sort of story arc that leaves him better adjusted and learning to grow up and leave his games behind? Becoming the James Rolfe that we know in real life well adjusted and with children? I think that would be a neat ending and a nice way to bookend the Nerd Saga coming to terms with his childish obsession and rage towards games, and a nice real world metaphor to all kids and angry manchildren who collect retro games and obsessively rage over them to grow up and get a life.
