Head and torso relation is a little off, but it does actually work in its favor keeping the head the focal point. Legs seems shorter in proportion, not sure if the caricature look was intentional cause if so it would make some sense. The controller is another focal point in this so I gave it a half-hearted attempt to make it more interesting, i.e. breaking up the parts and cast shadows on Ross.

It's fine as is but I find emphasizing the effect on the controller quite appealing.
