Well, for scale, he says the facility has to be able to house around ~300 ferrets, and will be built on his 18.6 acre property. I can't imagine that'd be cheaper than 3/4mil

I like to imagine that at one point he hired a tax professional or a CPA to help him with his finances. Then he promptly ignored all their advice, since he's the smartest mf in the room at all times.

In reality, he's probably not smart enough to consider that his massive income stream was/is in dire need of management. If he had the humility to listen to a professional and take their advice, he wouldn't be in his current situation. Maybe, if he had invested in help at/near his peak of popularity, he could have diversified his income streams to something other than a "minimum wage" position at Offbrand and a "game publishing studio" that doesn't publish any games.

Seriously, at least 50% of the people in this thread would have better managed the MILLIONS of dollars that Jason raked in over past couple years. Enough money to start a business, invest in shit, grow your funko pop collection, the possibilities are endless.
