Spoiler: Encanto Sperging Since I Just Watched It.

The whole point is Abuela is holding on too tightly to her family. Her grief made a literal magical wall against the Colombian civil war waging outside. She pushes her family to be the best. To be paragons of the community. She uses them to keep herself from feeling that loss. Everyone has to bend to her word no matter what they want as people. Now she doesn’t mean this. It’s not malicious. It’s a natural response and it gets resolved by the end because of Disney movie.

You can make a comparison of the madrigals to the diamonds. How the whole community worships them. How her name demands respect. All of these are interesting rabbit holes of thought to go down if you’re a media critic. You’d have to work at it though. Something our girl refuses to do.

The climax of the show was literally dismantling that fascist empire and slowly turning it into a democracy run by former slaves. Lily ignores this point and focuses on how the fascists weren't murdered (since obviously there's no other option and you're a fascist for life) to make the false point of "Nazism sympathy". I'd expect this shit from people trolling the show, not supposed "critics".

Normally I'd agree with you but I once ran across a review of Coco where the reviewer started with the sentence "I don't know anything about Mexican culture, but" and then explained that Coco's worldbuilding was nonsensical by specifically pointing out the parts of it that are taken directly from real-world culture and tradition. Five minutes of research could've saved you looking like a racist, buddy.

Anyway, the cynic in me wants to say this is her fishing for sympathy, I mean she could have just whined on discord and gotten reassurance from the peanut gallery, but at the same time if I had a bunch of people saying mean things about me across different platforms I figure I'd be a little drained.

Problem is, most of the recent "stalking" has just been valid criticism from gossip blogs. Most we've ever done is archive her posts and laugh at her. She just can't take these blows to her ego and decides to blame it on the dang dirty trolls instead improving her behavior. As long as she maintains this outlook she's never gonna change and things aren't gonna get any better for her. Maybe if she took a break from tumblr and focused on her craft we wouldn't have anything to talk about.

The guy in the article was 56, if you me told any 56 year old cared about Youtuber Lily Orchard I'd tell you to get your head checked. It's likely the article isn't connected at all. Why this hasn't been reported on is beyond me though. Someone getting stabbed, raped, and home invaded over comments on the internet is something any slow news station would pick up on.

I feel like it's almost pointless to talk about this but we're never going to get proof these things happened. They're just going to be brought up when it's convenient for Lily. After all, who would talk ill about a double rape/stab/stalking/abuse victim/native/fat/trans woman, unless they were a bad person or something. If there's been an arrest show a police report, show something that proves this, lights outside your house, a description of the guy, fucking anything.
