The thing that strikes me as super weird about him is that when something sets him off it's like he completely loses self-control for a while and when he comes out of it he doesn't seem to acknowledge that anything out of the ordinary happened during his freakout. It's depressing since he's good at the whole content-creation thing (hell, just look at the creepypasta cookoff) and could be really great if he could just get help or rein it in a little.
You can see it happen at least once early on in Awful Hospital - the whole thing starts with the mood and pacing of the old mad doctor Mickey Mouse cartoon where it's just about a character exploring a cartoony environment that clearly has something very wrong with it (which he pulls off really well) but there's a sudden out-of-nowhere fight vs a gigantic teratoma-looking monster that's drawn in a much rougher, grosser style and has really weird and offputting narration over it that's reminiscent of the sort of things you'd hear from an abusive parent. Afterwards it abruptly goes back to the cartoony exploration. Somehow he got mad at something and thrown into a depressive spiral for long enough to do.. that.. and then just came out of it and never once questioned its appropriateness or coherence with the previous narrative.
