For real that was a stupid thing to do. The RCMP doesn't have time to sift through 1000 dumbass phonecalls from dumbasses and all its going to do is piss them off. Never mind that a good chunk will probably be idiot trolls with misinformation which will do more harm than good. The last thing anyone needs is the RCMP taking his "trolls are ruining my life and hacking my accounts and I haven't done anything wrong" schtick with even an iota of seriousness.

If a Telus employee pulled the customer information based on the IP address, that's basically another confirmation that the poster was Yaniv. If the police pull the records, that's exactly what they'll get.

It will have the same effect as those two “journalists” Dick and whoever, who instead of focusing on Jonathan’s behavior in the moment at the HRT ranted to police about “you’re not going to do anything about this person grooming children and having topless pool parties?” And you see the cops immediately lose all interest.

I think that's a little harsh on the Press for Truth folks.

The fact that Yaniv is still running around doing what he does is a political failure, and it requires a major correction to the political system. Personally, I want a political change where people like Yaniv- you know, would be child molesters- are just disappeared in the night and given a fair but secret trial. Nobody needs to know that they ever existed. Not really familiar with PfT, think Dan's basically a libertarian, so he wouldn't go for that, but any society that allows a Yaniv to do the damage he has already done without retribution is fundamentally broken.

In the service of advocating for political change, it is entirely appropriate propaganda to record yourself asking police in public as to whether they will do anything about a would-be child molester.

That's rather different from just calling up some individual constable who has better things to do and privately giving him a piece of your mind, which is selfish and stupid.

I'm going to do some research on what my options are on this. I think going to the RCMP makes the most sense but want to do so in a way that'll minimize risk to me.

Edit: don't want him off the internet. He posts so many incriminating things online!

You should look into a protection order (alongside with whatever you choose - I would personally have hit up RCMP last night). I don't know much about protection orders, but I would definitely have one as well....

Alongside that, I'd be reporting EVERY strata violation to your council, and INSISTING that they follow up on it (not implying they don't). A strata council has an obligation to enforce their bylaws, and if your strata council goes through the proper steps and depending on your bylaws, there is no reason they shouldn't be able to fine him (or technically the unit owner) for repeated infractions that are not remedied. Quite honestly, if that means impromptu weekly short strata council sessions to have every complaint addressed/minuted/documented, I'd push for it. I would be hitting him up with as many fines as possible. A fine can be assessed every 7 days if a violation does not get remedied (if you handle it properly - dot your i's and cross your t's).

Window tint? Noise violations? Flag on a balcony? Anything and everything. These things need to be reported by residents so that council can address the complaints. If you need additional bylaws adopted to address whatever fuckery he might be doing on premises, talk to your strata manager about having those brought forward at your next AGM for a vote.

The latest Rebel News vids show some wideshots of the complex. People paid $250K-$400K to get condos there and JY/MY's behavior wouldn't even be put up with outside a housing project (and often not even there). An HOA exists largely to preserve people's property values, which are now being seriously threatened.

This is random but I had a vision. I have no doubt in my mind we will one day have the gift of a mugshot of jonny boy. I imagine his degenerate pedo urges will reach a breaking point and his "but I'm a girl excuse" for why it's not abuse won't fly.

I hope I'm wrong about this or it's a victimless pedo crime of some sort but I feel this is inevitable.

I called it a month ago! This is arrest #1 for Jonny boy, I'm sure it won't be the last. Can't wait for his busted mugshot to be released.

Can't think of anyone else that deserves such a shitshow his in right now like jonathan yaniv I hope it gets worse even, fucking asshole asking for censorship at those public hearings so he could hide his creepy shit by pointing at his troon identity. I wonder how long he would survive if his enabler mom got deported, or is she a Canadian citizen? I heard that she was from Isreal?

Unless those complaints are anonymous, that's a bad idea that will make Yaniv hit back with his own ~strata violations~. Strata councils are run by ordinary boomers who won't understand how important it is to give no clues. Gendering WGKitty directly would be enough info for Yaniv to dig into. He's a huge pain in the ass so I'm sure other strata residents will file complaints on their own.

I would say let the Strata council certainly know about the insane and obscene violent death threats Yaniv is directing at neighbors. Those coming after the weapons arrest might prompt the council or community management to ask for a Protective Order themselves.

Yeah, totally. I don't mean for @WGkitty to be reporting the violations.... but if the general ownership could band together and report them instead of letting things go by the wayside.... Ideally, if the batshit crazy noise violations were reported by multiple units, it would be ideal. I'm sure half the building heard Mama Yaniv screaming the other night. If I were a resident there, I'd be reporting each and every violation. With my name. In red ink. Fuck 'em.

They can’t even type up complaints and submit them anonymously?

Found it

So this caused a fake call to emergency services, a complete spergout, and then him coming on the farms and shitting up the place?

Wow.

Yaniv has long been seeking fame, glory and adulation. He wasn’t prepared for the public to see him as the monster he truly is and react accordingly. The people with the torches and pitchforks are starting to openly ask inconvenient questions. Nobody seems to be responding to his oppressed status all of a sudden. We’re nearing the point where the monster runs for the windmill with the angry mob chasing him.

Yeah, residents/owners issue their complaints directly to strata council, in email or in writing (which should be held confidentially). In my past experience, every complainant was always protected/never revealed. The council doesn't need to (shouldn't) reveal the identity of the complainant to handle a bylaw violation. But Yaniv would get a letter from Council outlining the nature of the complaint received, giving him a warning, or time to remedy, etc.

To be honest, it's been awhile, and I'd have to dig in a bit, but I don't believe that a unit has a right to know the identity of the complainant.
