It's safe to assume he did. NAL has made reference to Jord's cobra numerous times and Josh has alluded to the fact that they do "private" stuff and it's no one's business. He was definitely making the Cobra spit for her.

Maybe because he is so used to such pain by the time his teeth rotted away that he barely notices it. But I am willing to bet his breath must've been unbearable to smell.
