The troll deliveries are coming from accounts usually located outside of Casper, there's no way these reddit weens are all smart enough to not use their personal accounts to send Cobes sauce sandwiches and wood chips. If somebody rolls up to the bog den and sees a pile of deliveries outside his door, along with a schitzo sign in barely legible writing directing them to leave the order outside and they still keep pounding on his door because someone in New Mexico sent something there along with directions to try to stick your head inside and scream "Hi Josh!" and does it, they deserve the Cobra's fangs.

So unless the dasher knows who Cobes is/has delivered to him before, chances are the people placing these orders are marking them as "Hand to customer" with other instructions. So in fear of getting a bad rating, or contract violation, the Dashers are simply just following instructions for that order.
