I don't say this for sympathy but my mother was a hardcore alcoholic and passed away few years ago. Multiple rehabs and hasn't been in contact with her in 15 years when I'd heard. She never wanted to get better so chucking her in rehab and her being "better" for a few months before going back is just to be expected. They don't want to change they won't. Josh doesn't want to and he made that crystal clear when he rebutted Clints comments on his drinking in the clinterview. Its sad but again the individual has to make the decision to quit. And even then it's only a question of when you'll relapse/ how long will you when you do (not every case. But it's a lifetime battle)
