The gums would have to dealt with first. I would assume a handful of deep scaling sessions would be in order (deep scaling is literally scraping the diseased gums away). Though it would probably be for not, as his gums might be completely shot, which would require a graft surgery from a cadaver donor. This would take months of prep, and then god knows how long to heal. Can't do any work on the teeth until the gums are in better shape.

Couldn't reply directly to the other post but having a dead man's gums sounds goth as fuck.

Here’s my picks for fav thumbnails. I tried to get a few I remembered that some may not know of and also the classics.

First up is a recent one. “Mead Update” This was around the time the subreddit got banned and he made a video to gloat. Look at that gleeful boglim. Trolls thoroughly owned. Cheers, king.
Next is “Rick and Morty Flask” this one really just speaks for itself

Followed by “hears to almost 12 thousand subs” now that’s a guy who loves the taste of alcohol!

“Part 5 cooling off” is an all timer. The build up with video after video coming out of him boiling eggs in Mountain Dew all culminated with this. The first look at the end result the infamous Mountain Dew boiled eggs.

And finally I’ll end off with a classic that I’m sure many others will have as a personal favorite. “drink combo” the absolute pinnacle of cobra’s stank face
