Regrettably even if Josh did put on another performance, youtube's damnable AI is now trained to detect content that deals with suicide and might(?) take the video down. For awhile, nobody could manage to keep the "peach schnapps" vid alive... I remember getting an email from Susan offering the suicide hotline number before my copy was removed.

This reminded me that while testing a recent intro vid, I learned that youtube can now detect the act of drinking and demoniterize/18+ the video. In my case it was isolated to some odd seconds of Jord raising a beer bottle to his mouth. Josh would literally have to stop drinking on stream in addition to all the other crap he does if he were to ever be monetized again. It's amazing to think back on how much he made during his heyday, and how those times are permanently gone.

I don’t think he could made a living off it. Especially now he’s just drunk or some kinda fucked up each video. I wouldn’t be surprised if AI picks up that he is constantly drunk and that will cause problems in his future.

That's not an original cobes thing, and it is something you can do - around 10 maybe a little bit longer years ago there was a video of someone taking a dull wouldnt cut butter if you tired kitchen knife and getting it sharp enough to shave with on the bottom of a mug. I've seen a video of someone using the back of a tile to sharpen a plane iron with as well given cobes being a edge lord he's most definately seen that video at some point.

Imagine him collecting DTTS bux and wand sales every month, the little bastard would have done pretty well. You guys make a good point that the money wasn't necessarily coming from ad revenue, it was the DTTS donos. I don't understand why he didn't take the loss of his moniterization seriously.

If you're on SSI, you have to report all those earnings, even if it's going to his Dad or whoever. Maybe he did because if SSI catches onto that at all, he'd get kicked off making over $1k/month.
