He actually doesn't drink that much at one time and he has very low alcohol tolerance for someone who gets drunk almost every day. He might be taking muscle relaxers or something on top of the alcohol.
He's puked as well as fell unconscious quite a bit, made mixed drinks consisting of multiple "hard" alcohols, and definitely pregames his videos. Stumbled and broke shit without realizing it until the next day, etc. He's well past drinking problem.
Now would a full extraction and denture fitting count? Because I feel like that could be the easiest to "deal with" as far as a major medical problem. Unless you mean infection leading to sepsis, which is arguably just as likely...
He drinks a lot. I’ve seen him drink a fifth of whiskey mixed with high proof beers and shots. He can die from that.
