you trolles clearly don't understand Cobras black magic. a quick circle of protection, a few big swigs of zzzquil, and 8-12 drink combos later any ailments are just gonna go away. get blocked doodes honestly it's obvious Cobra rules your sad lives, and he's probably gonna outlive all of you meth heads.

Alcohol and sleeping medicine work hand-in-hand. I would love to see him get a full check-up. Nat Geo documentary on an alcoholic did one and it was fucking terrifying. Inflamed liver, malnutrition, years long injuries not healing, undiagnosed mental illness…

I feel that Cobes would end up like that— talking about drink combos, fame, and his black magic

closest thing to a doctors office cobes has been in recently was the dentists. I wonder how horrified the eye people that did the work on his eyes were in their assessments of him.

Cobes is holding up normal Zzzquil here. The only active ingredient here is diphenhydramine (benadaryl). Looking at the ingredient lists there does not seem to be any added emetics. Cough medicine abusers usually do it for dextromethorphan (DXM) which is not present in this product. The effects of high doses of benadryl are quite unpleasant (dry mouth, paranoia, seeing bugs, hearing voices), whereas DXM is more similar to ketamine. Combined with alcohol, zzzquil would knock you out much faster, probably before feeling too much from the diphenhydramine. Plus Cobra can barely handle the taste of liquor, I doubt he's chugging nyquil. If you start seeing empty boxes of Coricidin HPB, it's time to worry.

Inveterate cough medicine abusers typically take Coricidin HPB. You can buy a box of 24 pills and take them all at once without getting sick. Most Coricidin varieties contain chlorpheniramine maleate, which acts as an emetic, but HPB does not. Regardless, liquid formulations are too voluminous to actually get enough doses to trip. Also, due to the bitter taste of the drug (a natural consequence of its chemistry) it will usually make you vomit in its liquid form. There are bitter taste buds receptors in your stomach that will make you vomit without the need of an added emetic. Pills are usually "enteric coated" meaning they pass through the acidic environment of the stomach and dissolve in the slightly basic environment of your small intestines where they are absorbed into the blood. Thus bypassing the receptors in the stomach and allowing you to overdose a bit more easily.

Remember when kids were taking the Benadryl challenge, and dying? Antihistamines can still kill you, and he very well still could go into a cough syrup/alcohol induced coma/death. Just my two cents.

You're absolutely not wrong, especially with alcohol in the mix. But with benadryl, most of those kids take capsules and it's much easier to accumulate a dangerous dose by doing so. With liquid cough medicine it's much more difficult to get to a dose that's acutely dangerous. I don't think Cobes could drink enough zzzquil to get to seriously toxic level of diphenhydramine alone. There is certainly the risk of organ damage from this long term, but it would take chronic abuse. I'd be much more worried if the formulation he was taking contained acetaminophen which is acutely toxic to the liver in combination with alcohol. That's usually what does you in. But again, you're certainly right, if he is drinking enough to get halfway to alcohol poisoning, it may push him over the edge to not wake up when he's aspirating vomit.

Bros, please tell me Cobes didn't start chugging the Nyquil with the Tylenol in it, his liver can't take that with all the alcohol he drinks, especially combined with alcohol.
