I think it was mentioned earlier in the thread (and I agree with it if so) that Cobes' improper nourishment keeps his body from repairing at a reasonable rate. He beats his body down almost daily with alcohol and it's becoming more visible. His arms are getting what I'll call "alcohol puffy" and I'm sure his little corgi legs are too.
