It depresses me a great deal that even a year and a half ago the Reddit was mostly made up of genuine “fans” who discussed and memed on Cobes in harmless ways and made some really amazing original content and art. A place where posting even slightly a-logy shit would get you lambasted and told to touch grass. And now it’s a cesspool that exists only to perpetuate hate and harassment and with an active and organized effort to shut down his content and means of making content. Where any reasonable or measured opinion about Cobes is lambasted in favor of “He’s literally Ted Bundy 2.0 he needs to be taken down a peg and FACE CONSEQUENCES FOR HIS CRIMES REEEEEE!” And any newcomer, to which there have been a lot lately, are actively indoctrinated with false information, half truths presented uncharitably or outright lies in order to further the campaign to ruin his life
The main threat to the property wouldn’t be the troles but Cobes himself. Nobody in their right mind except the shittiest slumlord would have him as a tenant if they knew how he lived. Clunt probably could buy his son a house and land, but doesn’t bc he knows it would end in disaster and potentially a much larger bill to foot than for the worst case scenario with apartment living (another eviction).

the main issue as far as a-logs are concerned would be the constant wellness checks along with whatever else they decide to do. a sign could work especially if it gives you more legal power to keep undesirable elements away. as others have said as well NAL is also a big issue and worth being weary of at least if you want cobes to help sort mail. otherwise this sounds like a really nice gesture hopefully it works out even if clint decides against it for the time being.

It's a shame Fatty's shack is fucked at a fundamental level - They didn't even raise it up enough off the ground to prevent moisture creeping upwards.
