something that shocks me is how even with his beyond fucked teeth he has somehow managed not to get an infection in the bone or anywhere that it can spread to the rest of his body. his constant drinking has to be saving him somehow or he is just so drunk most of the time now that he fails to even notice any symptoms.
 
You’d be surprised how much abuse the human body can go through and keep on trucking. Ask a first responder or ER doc about the health of the local homeless. It will be tales of gaping wounds with exposed bones, maggots falling out, or fucking crazy drug use tales with the people simply walking out to continue until they pop-up 6 months with more issues — but still alive

I suppose I am not worthy to celebrate my 31st birthday with my father. Indeed, my father arrived at my dwelling and said 'you're too inebriated'.

Alcohol-related dementia is very much a real thing and it can occur already in your 30's if you drink heavily every day. People like that eventually end up in a nursing home because they cannot take care of themselves anymore.

Chances are, he has infections and other issues. I will bet his pain tolerance is higher than you think. Gum pain is extremely sharp and biting, and if you deal with it long enough, mouth pain in general will feel mild at best.

He has pain and tooth sensitivity for the fragments that remain alive. Swelling, weak and loose teeth are all present. We can assume he has abscesses as well (his discolored and puffy gums are certainly abscesses), but the most telling sign again is the lack of blood. He 100% has advanced periodontitis. It's so late stage that it isn't curable, though once it progresses beyond gingivitis to early Periodontitis, it reaches a state of "you can only manage it, not reverse it" for the most part. He is well on his way to an infection in his jawbone. I can't stress it enough but tissue grafts and bone grafts are the only course of treatment to reversing the damage he has done. And even then, he would have to put himself on the most strict dental hygiene plan of brushing 3 times a day, flossing once if not twice a day, and gum/water picking after every single meal.

I really wish we had some dentist Kiwis on the forum to give us some more insight into the warped mouth of Cobes.

Did such events than transpired truly happen?! I just clumsily spilled the entire fine shandy I HAAAAAAAADDDD! GAWD DAMN IT ALL TO HELL! Because I had to move my gentleman's cane and my aforementioned COBRA CANE had to smack it off my writing desk! WANK OFF! As of now I only have but a tiny drop of my mixed beverage left and I GROW TIRED OF IT! I DESPISE HAVING POOR BALANCE AND COORDINATION! BUGGER OFF!

Glass tapping is ruining the cobraverse. However people are allowed to report if it's warranted he keeps doxxing people. I think if he gets banned maybe it will be a wakeup call, then he will be forced to make the content slightly better by streaming on facebook and actually put time into Donations and patreon. These pre-recorded vids suck ass
