I have four phones that are broken, two SIM cards I can't use, and a Discover card I need to cancel and replace with an air miles card.
1.I need a new phone. What Chinaphone should I get? I currently have a Huawei P10 Lite 32GB WAS-LX3 GSM. I'd like a dual+ SIM tray with bands compatible with US/EU/RU/CN.
1. Ended up going with a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. It's an international phone that mostly supports GSM, not common in US but required abroad.
2.I need a phone number that has a US area code but I need it to work overseas with Internet without an utterly miserable rate. What do?
2a. Ended up going with T-Mobile. It uses GSM and allows me to use data (albeit 2g) in EU/Ukraine/China.
3.I need a new credit card, preferably one to build miles with some air alliance that hits up US/EU/Post-Soviet/Asia. I'm canceling my Discover because they fucked over Dick Masterson. I've been a member since I was 13 (literally, my mom gave me a training card with a $100 limit, thank her for my ability to keep this shitheap financed) (p.s. im jew).
3a. I applied for two cards. The first gave me +$2k line and tied into my frequent flier program. The second gave me +$20k (wtf) credit line, 7% apr, and a 0% introductory rate so I'm moving all my credit onto that.
I have no idea who to ask about this so I'm asking everyone.
based thank you for the replies
