I kinda want to try it because I loved Battle for Olympus as a kid and for some reason greek shit is making me think of that
But I'm also guessing I'd probably get bored of it cause it seems cartoony.

I know it's on gamepass but I just can't be bothered to pay the 5 dollars to try it yet.

You'll get more than 100+ hours with Elden Ring easily if you're the type to explore every nook and cranny. There's always some kind of boss, some kind of treasure, or some kind of new thing looking to get it's ass beat.

I still think back to how I spent quite a few hours in the dungeons scouring the places for all it's treasure. Or just riding in one direction and then accidently encountering a huge Runebear boss or a dragon.

But Elden Ring is really really boring and pretentious. Zelda is fun.

Ive seen a lot of people have this same idea, and I assume it comes from knowing that she was going to be playable in SS but that was cut.
The problem is when would you put those segments in a game like TotK, would be a complete break of pace from the open world I think, kind of would go against game design from it and botw.

Compared to how hyped I was for Breath of the Wild, this trailer left me feeling absolutely nothing. Guess I'm glad Link finally got his driving license.

Half of the development of this game feels like they were busier shooting ideas and concepts down during production because they didn't want to stray off from the idea of being a sequel on the same map, make restrictive compromises and get castrated in the process. I doubt they will release a series of making of videos like they did with BOTW, otherwise will just be a collection of concept arts of things that didn't make the cut.

I mean... Super Mario Galaxy 2 started as expanded DLC and it turned into one hell of a game.

I'm not too worried about it, as salty as I am to not have my hopium tank refilled by any mention of the obvious Twili magic. For all the people bitching it's just going to be a clone, we've yet to see any real gameplay, which means one of two things:

One, the game is going to play exactly like BOTW, which, while sucking ass, at least means it'll be more of the same. Shitty, and damn sure not worth 70 USD, but still miles better than the majority of shit that's been dumped in our laps recently.

Two, they're hiding the big reveal of dungeons so we get surprised and, as Reaver says, still get hit with the wow factor.

Considering the very obvious tally mark on Links hip, I'm leaning more towards the latter, but there is always the possibility that that tally is more of an MP counter, as a way to balance whatever bullshit powers you have.

Edit: Either way, Fi's going to be dead for good, and I couldn't be happier.

Now that's a trailer that just made me throw my wallet at the sceen. I suppose the Switch being new helped too. I've kinda grown to resent Nintendo's shitty hardware.
