Is there some way to favorite bow attachments, besides sorting by usage?

I'm getting really fucking tired of having to scroll through the list every time I want to use an arrow type I don't use often.

that's something i would like to see fixed. Would it be really that hard to break the list into vertical row categories for fruits, rocks, guts and bits, and Zonai parts? Liek a Netflix browser panel

towers that somehow you can't find a simple blacksmith.
I could personally tolerate weapon durability if you could just visit a shop and pay to have your favorite weapons fixed or buy high end ones. It would be a decent late game money sink at least.

No you will scroll for eight hours and you will like it.

Fuck u Ice dragon bitch! Mainly your second form

I'm almost positive that bird.. Raruro? Is voiced by grey delisles annoying niece (she was Viola in bayo 3)

The Glide outfit enhanced 2 levels is one of the best things in the game. Thank God most materials can be duplicated so that there's less hunting and farming.

Now that I have a few more hearts and a couple extra bits of stamina, I was feeling brave and went to explore the underground a bit more. Up to now it was basic "hit and run" to nail the closest glow root and then get the fuck out.

Now that I feel more comfortable to explore, it is a pretty neat place. I like it a lot, even if it is stressful. I hope I run into a guardian or something from the last game. Would be neat!

@Spitz item duplication? Tell me more before they patch it out!

This game fucking sucks, I hate it. 10/10. Is basically how I feel about it.

It's so annoying but I love every second of it. It's like a really mid-tier mod.

The item duplication trick is tricky to pull off as you have to get the timing just right. I did manage to clone 5 diamonds which I used to buy the snow and sand boots.

What? Guardians were cool and had exciting fight music.

If I say "open air" three times will you have a stroke?

open air open air open air :P
There are no guardians, they removed all sheika tech. I keep saying open air because that's the design philosophy behind everything in the game.

The shieka tech is still there, just clearly repurposed. The skyview towers clearly use guardian tentacles in its operation, Robbie has a miniature version of his robot Waifu forge

Yeah, pretty much. It's not great but there's absolutely nothing else to play so I'm just playing it and clenching my teeth every time I die or something stupid happens, which happens about once a minute. It is crazy how many enemies can one or two-shot you, yet the shrines are braindead simple. It's like the target market for this game are very patient retards.

So Minecraft fans?

Seeing some of the funnier creations has intrigued me, but not enough to fork out 70 dollars. I'm glad people are enjoying it but Zelda is clearly no longer intended for me, and I probably should have realized this 15 years ago with Skyward Sword.

...have you not been upgrading your armor at the great fairy fountains?

I beat the game with the absolute minimum hearts, only 1 health upgrade and the rest from heart containers from bosses. It's not very hard, especially after Elden Ring, but the enemies just hit like a tank. The second I drank a defense potion I took no damage at all, but other than that just don't get hit. I beat the wind temple boss damageless, I beat the fire temple on a quarter of a heart because I took 1 hit and had no healing. The actual gameplay is easy but it seems they inflated the damage to offset it, wish they changed up the combat instead but that would be a lot more work (not like this excuse stands after 6 years and 70 bucks). I did get pretty annoyed by the flurry rush timing because I am used to Elden Ring and its much smaller windows to dodge, so I ended up waiting last second a lot of the time and the combo to backflip failed and I ended up being hit a lot because of it.

I get its a kids game and all that and comparing it to Elden Ring is apples to oranges, but they could have done anything to make it more challenging other than inflate health and damage. Even just regional damage locations that aren't just crit spots, like the Iron Knuckles in Wind Waker and the only way to damage is from behind. All the enemies aren't really resistant to anything and you can fight with anything but some stuff just deals more damage than others. I wish they leaned more into elemental effects on enemies other than just damage boost or resist.

Pretty much there is a lot they could have done, but didn't despite the 6 years and inflated price point. I can only assume there had to have been development issues.

Absolutely mind boggling how Nintendo thought this was a good system. It worked in BOTW when you had 5 arrow types but this is a joke.

All this could have been solved with a radial menu (That they used for the fucking powers) and let you cycle through menus with a RS Click.

I'm emulating it, and I can verify that it's absolutely not worth $70. It is worth $30. It retreads far too much from BotW to be worth full price + $10, and it is imbalanced as fuck.

You were right when you talked about Ubisoft getting a whole lot of guff for their games while Nintendo gets praise for doing the same thing. At least Ubisoft has brand new maps from game to game. TotK really needed a new overworld, too. The depths are fun, but there's not a lot to them, while the sky islands are really underwhelming. They're often disappointing.

You get to the sky islands by seeing boulders fall out of the sky, so you run up to one, climb on it, and use your Recall magic. That makes the boulder shoot back up into the sky from where it fell. It'll take you to a sky island, but they're disappointing because all the ones I've recalled have just taken me to tiny islands with one unremarkable treasure chest on them. A couple of those would be fine, but that's all I've found so far.

You also don't get the paraglider for a while. You get it if you follow the main questline, which of course I don't wanna ever do in open world games until I've explored a good bit, but they really should have given it to you on the tutorial island.

Yeah, I'm gitting gud at dodging, but when you have damage sponge enemies that hit like a tank, and all I have is a stick with a rock duct taped to it, and the enemy is gonna drop a few turds and maybe a single rupee if I'm lucky, it just makes for such unsatisfying combat, so I end up retreating more often than fighting. Sometimes I'll get all tough guy and hammer away at a group of enemies, die a few times, and then end up finally taking them down only to be left thoroughly unsatisfied. Combat is more effort than it's often worth, and that just sucks sucks sucks.
