Drop me a PM before Monday man and I will give you some thoughts on how to approach the call. There are a few options I have in mind.
Oh definitely. The more that can be delivered, the better.
I've always been willing to help kick in for transcripts. Pm me if you need help
I'm quite happy to chip in if a reasonable amount of funds is needed to acquire the transcripts. I'm lucky enough to be able to save the majority of what I earn, so stuff like this isn't an inconvenience.
I'll take that into consideration. I'm hoping this should be an expense that won't be too outrageous.
@Wally Balljacker, if you managed to get a copy, why don't some of the guys do a reading of the key parts? Like a radio play? We do have some talented voice actors here on the farms!
My votes for
@MasterDisaster for a role, dude can rock voice acting.
I really, really like this idea.
Open Records requests need to be made in writing, so I'm not sure what the point of a phone call is here. I guess you could call just to find out if you can get them, but you're not going to have an Open Records request even acknowledged without your name and signature attached to it.
You will also have to go through the
PA Courts system for the records regarding the Arraignment and any trials from here on out. That gets a little more pricey, as you pay
$80/hr for however long it takes for someone to round up whatever information you need and review it to redact what the court considers non-public information.
The primary goal is to find out more information regarding the 30th, as most of it is speculation and hearsay. The August 10th date is more of a "If I can, I will" thing. I don't make it a hobby obtaining court records every time a lolcow butts heads with the law.
The only reason you want to obtain a copy of the transcript is to see how badly you lied while under oath. Your not fooling anyone.
It's literally impossible to commit perjury at a trail I didn't attend. I was far away from you, working an 8-hour work day while you spend most of that afternoon sitting on your padded diaper and wasting your time with your conspiracy theories.
Unlike that poor caretaker, I
was working that day.
And by obtaining the copy, then you can go over it and make sure you don't lie over the same subjects. But it isn't going to work, because you already purged your selves at the first Hearing on the 10Th.
Wouldn't the point of keeping a lie convincing is to be consistent? Changing up the lie only makes it more apparently that there's some deception going on, kind of like how you can't even keep your fucking story straight. Let me break it into smaller words, you slow-in-the-minds: "Switching lies makes the lie more likely to make baby Jesus cry." See, I even made it rhyme so you can practice it in front of a mirror.
Wait, is that how you think people operate? If the lie doesn't stick, quickly make up a new one? Holy shit, you are dense.
No Lenny, you've got it wrong, you stinky son of a bitch. We want that transcript because we want to see for ourselves just how batshit insane you and your lawyer were at that hearing.
Again, the main purpose is to find out what happened on the 30th. If it was a lot of batshit lunacy, then it would be worth the price. If it was really uneventful, then the price would be cheap. Win-win.
The other reason I want that transcript so bad is that maybe it would be enough of a go-ahead for
@PropaneAccesories (err, I mean "me") to drop the infobomb he's been sitting on.
