I've been observing Lucas since 2016 when he made international headlines for being a creep.
That in and of itself should automatically be a huge red flag for any prospective employer. It doesn't matter if that incident was like 5 going on 6 years ago; sexual harassment is a huge red flag and tons of workplaces, even the customer-facing ones where male customers have the potential to creep on female employees, have strict guidelines for what is and isn't tolerated. Yeah, dangerhair libtards will probably say that those regulations don't go far enough but I beg to differ.
Minor workplace interactions like being on a smoke break and talking about a hot coworker within earshot of someone you don't know could just as easily land you in hot water as actively groping or touching someone else. Depending on the state that you live in (i.e. California, New York, Washington, basically any liberal shithole), you may be required to take a state-mandated training on sexual harassment.
Most of the time, it's just a video explaining over the course of 30 minutes to an hour what is and isn't harassment. At the same time though, do you genuinely expect Lucas of all people to understand the sheer gravity of what it means when he checks that "I understand the policy" box when the video is over? Of course not.
His latest tard wrangler is cursed with an up-cliff battle because Lucas consciously refuses to work any job that requires the smallest modicum of physical effort. All the entry-level, customer-facing slave jobs that will take even a tweaker off the streets all basically require some level of workplace hygiene and an understanding of social norms. These are both things that Lucas has clearly demonstrated that he has absolutely no fucking understanding of be it if he's homeless and cannot physically address those needs or if he's on a tugboat and has his needs taken care of.
It's not even like Lucas is a piece of shit who still understands the bare minimum necessary to... y'know... survive in the barest definitions of decency and comfort. He's a fucking hedonist to the core and anything that gets in the way of his short-term dopamine fixes is unnecessary time loss in his book, regardless of whether or not that's basic self care or at least understanding basic social cues.
I've certainly been wrong before but I sincerely doubt that Lucas will find gainful employment in any capacity.
