So this guys shtick is really that he's bitter because girls younger than him won't date him then, it's interesting because he claims it's mainly because they're ageist but then admits it's also because he's extremely poor and atheist. He makes such a big deal about how poor and how old he is without actually stopping to consider that if he shut up about these things and stopped being less creepy then maybe he would have more luck with the ladies.

I've noticed that a lot of older men (especially those located in the manosphere) have a really creepy fixation on young girls. 18 may be the age of legal adulthood, but it doesn't make it any less creepy or weird for men to fixate on girls who are half their age.
