Yeah he is definitely off his meds. The wern is poking its head out again sniffing the air for teen puss puss and convincing himself he's some kind of victim of abuse and negligence for not being given any. We know how that inevitably turns out. Thats the start of working himself into a frustrated ball of entitlement, narcissism and crazy that always ends with some manner of spazzing out. I'd put it the odds at greater than 50-50 that he'll have a major freakout sooner or later. He always does even if it takes some time to build up to it. If there is one thing lucas is consistent about its fucking up his situation and making things worse for himself no matter how good he has it or how in his best interests it is to sit down, take his meds and shut up. Between the lack of money to do things he wants to do, the lack of zoomer puss puss and being stuck in a building full of people even more fucked in the head than he is, not to mention constantly being told what to do, something is going to give sooner or later. Yes, Lucas is in tard housing that is ran by Mallon Place. Someone doxxed him last year and found out exactly where he is living. Before he was moved into his current place, he was in the Mallon Place nursing home for exceptional individuals.

The current housing situation takes almost all of the tugboat check. He barely has any money at all left over once Mallon Place garnishes his retard bux. He gets food stamps and raids the food pantries. He almost never gets to eat at restaurants or buy board games that he never plays.

Really, he has no other options. The thing is, Lucas is almost a ward of the state. He has a wrangler or social worker who manages his housing and they probably would not just let him say "hey, I am leaving and living in the bus station. Please release my tugboat so I can eat $70 steak dinners again." Honestly, his social workers could and would put a stop to that.

Now, if Lucas does something to get him kicked out of his housing, that is another story. As many have said, if he gets booted out of this place, he is completely out of luck in Spokane. He has been blacklisted from quite a few of the social services housing arrangements in Spokane, along with many homeless shelters. He honestly may not find anything else.

He could always ride the dog to another city, but it seems like Spokane really has lots of services for hobos. Lots of other larger cities do not have nearly as much as Spokane does. It seems like Spokane is not all that cheap to live in, but they do have lots of services for ragmen like Lucas, even though he has ruined his relationship with a lot of them.

If he becomes homeless again, that may be the end of him. His health has gotten worse and not sure he could make it as a hobo again .
