He did mention it indirectly in that democratic socialists video he took outside where he briefly mentioned "some studies" say older fathers give "stronger DNA", that's the furthest he's gone though since he knows he can't name drop anymore. Though given how much of a narcissist he is I wouldn't be surprised if he starts it again after a few month stating Eisenberg is just an agephobe or classist, or just ignoring because his ideology is infallible

I've always found his cherished cheese/alcohol analogy to be hilarious and inapt. Somethings get worse with age.

Edit to say I really need to catch up. I was cougared by @fatalwalter almost a week ago. Sorry for the duplicate info.

I disagreed just to say that Lucas is calling the weed store a "dispensary" incorrectly. Rec weed is legal in WA and unless you are stupid enough to pay for your weed with a credit card, there is no way that the state or the feds know who is buying weed. Before WA made rec weed legal, medical weed was legal, and you did have to have a Dr give you a yearly licence to purchase weed. Rec legalization basically put the medical dispensaries out of business here. Maybe I'm a sped, but compared to 20 years ago the weed is much stronger, better controlled and much cheaper than having to buy dirt weed from some dealer. Guess I am just a boomer who remembers having to sort thru stems and seeds to actually get to the smokable weed. I also remember "Paraquat Pot"; one of the things the US did in their "war on drugs." They would spray cancer-causing herbicide on the crops in Mexico and other Central American countries, ostensibly to kill the crop, but the growers would just harvest it and sell it anyhow. You never knew what you were inhaling in the bad old days.

In California, while it apparently varies from shop to shop, most retain customer info (everyone I've talked to that has used one says they copy their license). It's also pretty common to call any retail weed shop a "dispensary."

Wow. Thanks for the info. Here in WA, at least where I am, no weed store asks for ID. Well, they don't ask me, who is obviously above the age of 21. I can imagine that they may ask some younger looking buyers, however, and may even keep a copy of the ID, just to exonerate themselves in case the buyer used fake ID or something.

What’s funny is I’ve mostly seen the word simp used by black men to describe other black men who put trashy, no-class women on a pedestal. He’s once again appropriating black culture.

In California it varies by city and county. In fact the majority of cities have opted out of having dispensaries at all. Some cities are super restrictive and then you go to the big cities and they have dab bars in the back of the store. I believe everywhere in California they keep a record of everyone who goes to dispensaries because they do in fact scan your license and keep your purchase records on file.

I don't know where you live in WA state, but one of the stores I've been to in Spokane, ive always had to show my ID. Ironically, I had to tonight. I am clearly over 21 but this shop in particular has said it is at the insistence of the owner of the store. I have been in other stores where they dont seem to care if you are obvious overage. And who ever says that it would be stupid to use a credit card in a dispensary, they are a cash only business. *at least in WA state* The feds wont back them.
