An unmedicated mentally ill man with a criminal record of violence towards women, regularly posting angry threatening videos about people where he lives while also having visible hallucinations that cause him to have anger problems, admitting to carry around what is clearly intended to be a dangerous weapon in his hands, and making subtle threats towards anyone who disagrees with his delusions or who he simply hallucinates is saying or doing something he dislikes. How is this not a red flag for Pioneer? This is beyond him reeing in his pen about his inability to form relationships, he is going to end up attacking someone if his defective brain believes something happens and he isn't going to improve when he refuses to take any medication. I'm actually curious how far he has to push this before some authority figure tells him he needs to stop or he'll be back on the street, which with that box cutter wouldn't be much better given what he did the last time he was homeless.
I've come to believe that as long as Pioneer Human Services gets his monthly rent, they'll turn a blind eye and deaf ear to Lucas.
