Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

Just a few months ago Lucas felt pretty resilient.

“In psychology, grit is a positive, non-cognitive trait based on an individual's perseverance of effort combined with the passion for a particular long-term goal or end state (a powerful motivation to achieve an objective).”
I enjoy this picture because the caption is “GRIT,” while his expression in the photo is “I just wet myself at the idea of effort.”

He threw a glass against the wall because Suzanne was trying to break up with him, and he refused to accept that. He also uses the excuse that he “had a lot of caffeine” that day.

Maybe Lucas was having a “caffeine problem” back in 2012?

His teeth went to shit and he went full-schizo as well. Can’t help but wonder if he was freebasing those Full Throttles

Wait, so those are all court cases? Even in Spokane in 2017? Do we know what they all were?

those looks like three separate cases: one for domestic violence, one for health and human services, and some kind of civil infraction. the multiple "case numbers" are actually docket numbers that may vary between different court systems (superior court, county; sometimes specific types of administrative courts will issue a unique docket number) and are used for tracking purposes within that court system's records.

From the dates and courts,
the 2 Grays Harbor Dist 2 --1998, Lucas at approx age 19 was a defendent in Aberdeen Wa. He went to HS in Aberdeen.
the Thurston County District and Olympia --2012, those look to be related to the incident with Suzanne and the DV conviction.
the Olympia Municipal Court 2013--?
the Thurston County District -2/22/2016 -- looks to be Daniel's no contact order against Lucas.
the Spokane 1/05/2017 --- the Starbuck's girl order of protection against Lucas.

interesting, i guess WA isn't like CA which issues a new case number when cases are transferred between courts. wonder what happened in 1998.

Just to give everybody a heads up, I cannot say too much unless revealing my position, but Lucas was let in to the new Downtown library shelter last night so he has a place to charge, so crazy shall commence on YouTube soon!
Was there a certain criteria that people had to make to get approved to stay there, or was it a 1st come 1st serve basis? If you cant say, understandable.

Frankly i'm more interested in the ones that happened in 1998. I don't remember him ever bringing those ones up before. Keep in mind whatever happened there happened before he did his first stint in the psych ward, which was in january 2000

The 2 in 1998 are more than likely criminal charges, I believe regarding him wrecking a car and setting it on fire. The C preceding the numbers indicates that and they were both on the same date.

I kind of miss his rambling drunk streams where he'd admit to doing everything he claims everyone in this thread is lying about.

Admitting he stopped taking meds, admitting he threw a glass (not 'slid it across the table'), all that fun.

He even went on a mini-rant about how the neighbors and building management aren't bothered by him and says he's still being monitored behavior wise by people. I'm sure those people pour a drink every time they hear his name.

LOL 6L of soda per day.....and with untreated diabetes. Explains alot about his weight. But LOL at claiming 'that had more to do with the violence than not taking my meds'

How stupid is he to actually claim his violent behavior is from drinking too much soda and not because hes an unmedicated schitzo ffs. I'm sure every one of us could drink that much soda in a day and it wouldn't make any of us violent, he's talking like pepsi is fucking meth or vodka

The very fact he went out of his way to not only claim nobody has any problems with his behavior but to specifically name the groups he claims doesn't speaks for itself and strongly implies all of the groups he named have a problem with him. Prime example of proving you're doing suspicious shit by going out of your way to go into detail to answer a question nobody asked

I also lol'd at the '....probably not churchills *looks away awkwardly* cause thats a $40 date and you have to earn my trust first' - he clearly got spastic for a few seconds there cause a) he knew he was banned from churchills and that word is out about that and b) b) how the fuck can he think $40 is an expensive date...especially when he's talking about going for sushi and pizza?! I have to ask what kind of shit quality sushi is lucas eating that is less than $40 for 2 people. I'd seriously think twice about eating sushi or anything fish related at a place like that. Same with the pizza. Hell a good quality pizza here can run $30+ but you definitely get what you pay for

'If i'm around the violence I might get more violent' is not a smart thing for an unmedicated schitzo with a DV history and multiple restraining orders against him to be saying publicly. Technically that alone could get him in serious shit if someone decided to make a big enough issue of it. Not that anyone is likely to unless he decides to act on it but he's taking a big chance by saying things like that...especially if he ever does go off at someone and they can point back to this video and say 'see! it was premeditated! he said he would get violent if given the chance!' to a judge

That said, since he's in the library shelter as was said we'll likely be hearing from him soon. Though considering he's already been banned from there before and probably isn't allowed out of the building if the purpose of the shelter is to keep people isolated he's not going to like being stuck in there all day for weeks. Especially considering libraries have no showers and lucas isn't the most hygenic person out there at the best of times and already has some questionable habits. He won't be popular there and nobody is going to want to have him around them while they are there before very long. On that note if he does manage to piss off the people there enough I wonder how that is dealt with....after all if its all about essentially quarantining people from contact with others then I doubt they'd kick him out onto the street under the current circumstances but if they can't do that it might just force him to be sent to some kind of hospital or actual quarantine center by default if he starts causing problems

Should be real interesting to see how long he can go without pissing off everyone in the library shelter enough to do something about it

There’s this old link that speaks about Lucas Werner being arrested in Aberdeen, Washington in 1998 and he apparently carries the distinction of maybe being the first person arrested for DUI marijuana in which “The arresting officer forced Mr. Werner to submit to a drug analysis, threatening to impound his car and suspend his liscence if he did not commit to a 'mandatory' anaylis at the hospital.”

The city set up a shower in the library for the women, so they likely also set one up for the men. The library was intended to house homeless from 2 shelters - Jewels Helping Hands and Hope House. Maybe @Nobleman can shed light as to how Lucas from the HOC got in there and if the homeless at the library will be allowed to leave, wander around down town during the day. Also the library is monitored by 2 security officers, and the police will make hourly checks on the facility.
ETA:
If he's been able to charge up his phone at the library (if that has been the problem) but is unable to leave the library, the lack of privacy may inhibit him from making videos. He'll be able to post to his other social media. We'll see what comes up.

City crews worked late last week to clear the library’s first floor for shelter. Over the weekend, city workers rebuilt a first-floor men’s bathroom into a women’s shower.

Jewels Helping Hands will sleep about 60 women and men in its portion of the library, while Hope House will accommodate about 40 women. Both will operate 24/7 and continue to operate their existing shelters.

The library will be monitored by two security officers, while uniformed Spokane Police officers assigned to the downtown precinct will make hourly checks on the facility.

That was the so-called "Twinkie defense" of the dude who assassinated Harvey tard cum.
The Twinkie Defense at trial, if I recall, wasn't about blood sugar, but that it was out of character for Dan White to eat junk food, thus evidence he wasn't acting rationally and couldn't form the intent for 1st degree murder.

6l a day of soda is not out of character for Lucas. If you told me he drank 12, I'd say "Of course, look at that fat fuck."

The funny thing is that high levels of stimulants can cause things like acute psychosis, violent mood swings, or basically just having a short fuse.

It's buried in the warning labels for amphetamine based ADD meds, though it's listed as a rare set of side effects. I only mention it because if I drink Mostly Normal Person amounts of caffeine if I've also taken another type of stimulant that day, I get a really fucking hair trigger temper. I don't get physically violent but I can go from nice and calm to verbally tearing someone's head off in about as long as it takes them to do or say some insignificant thing that wouldn't otherwise bother me at all. Like exist where I can see or hear them.

Assuming I don't take excessive doses of either:
Caffeine + no amphetamines = No problem.
Caffeine alone = No problem.
Amphetamines alone = No problem.
Caffeine + amphetamines = EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE WAS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO PISS ME OFF. With the bonus of knowing that's completely irrational but also not being able to do a single thing to stop it.

If he wasn't on meds for his other mental health problems he'd have been at higher risk to having those rare side effects and that fucking much caffeine (assuming he's not exaggerating about how much he was drinking) could potentially cause him to fly into a flash-in-the-pan type rage even if he wasn't ordinarily prone to being physically violent.

That aside, given how angry he always sounds in his posts and videos my guess is the only thing stopping him from flying into a physical rage these days is fear of being sent to jail or being involuntarily committed again.

And, y'know, the big difference being if I went off on someone, physically or otherwise, because I'd voluntarily ingested far too many stimulants, I wouldn't sit around whining to youtube about how it wasn't really my fault and would realize that those actions have consequences and deal with it like an adult.
