He's saying to post your political standing on his Gofundme because he's "just curious", then following it up with wanting to see "who's helpful", so that the sneedposting types he acknowledges will send him money to prove that they are the useful ones. Basically he's trying to finesse his ironic audience of their cash. I'd be willing to bet that if he didn't mention KF at all, he'd be getting less donations from this video.
