"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

❤️

I don't even have to say anything about this situation, not only did Null already sum it up perfectly but all you need to know if this Saberspark guy is a rapist or not is to look at a single picture of him.

Any more questions?
*takes you to hotel room*
*distracts you with MLP theory craft slop*
*locks door*
*pushes you to the bed*
*rips pants off you*
*mounts and penetrates you*
*Ejaculate*
*gives you this look as he shakes your hand and makes a joke about giving you a new cutie mark dripping down your leg and you don't immediately laugh*

"Friends?"

I agree with Null's take on this whole mess and I'm not defending this fucker whom I'm pretty sure I would be willing to collapse his chest with a baseball bat but what was she expecting going into a strange man's bedroom all alone? I'm sorry that this happened to her, I'm sorry she had to learn the hard way, and I'm glad that she learned quickly instead of letting herself be preyed upon by this faggot. I hope she heals and moves on from this and I hope this becomes an albatross that hangs around his neck forever and maybe, just maybe, becomes a real noose at some point. That's assuming he goes the Rekieta route of doubling down while saying he made some mistakes but at least he had fun.

TIL if you are not in a room with 2 lawyers presenting her with a notary approved consent form before the sex, it is rape.

MATI is wild!
You misunderstand how consent works. It has to be mutual. So you bring your lawyer, she brings hers and they negotiate the contract for sexual consent, then you both sign it, have it notarized and file it with the Bureau of Consent in your particular county and once it comes back with the approval stamp only then can you proceed. Also, if she can't afford a lawyer you'll have to pay but be sure she gets to choose the lawyer so she can't claim she was coerced.

Do the schools these days not teach anything useful, geez.

Awww bro consent forms are only valid 7 days after the question is popped.

If the bureaucracy doesn't move fast enough the paper is worthless.

God dammit gotta pull my contacts and dish out some bribes smh

I really wanna bang this chick doe

Rape is rape, and if asking for permission was bullet proof then why was Louis CK cancelled? He asked them every time whether he could beat off in front of them and they said yes.
There's simply no way to make pushing an underweight 18 year old onto a bed and having sex with them the first day you meet them not look like rape, even if you ask for permission.
Perhaps the solution instead is to be normal towards women. Try dating them a few times and figure each other out before going further rather than go straight to poundtown the first time and every time you meet.

he wasn't really, it was at the absolute apex of #MeToo and a few big corporations backed out, but iirc he's still a successful comedian. he's also in hollywood and vultures are going to circle him no matter what he does. it's the business of LA.

He lost his TV show.
He avoided going to jail but he definitely paid a significant cost for spanking the monkey in front of random colleagues rather than just going on a few dates first before trotting out his humiliation fetish with a reasonable expectation of privacy.

He also didn't touch anyone. He just jerked off in front of them after asking them if he could. If they said no then he apologized and didn't.

The go-to line of people angry at this just lie about what I've said. I did not say you need a literal contract. There is no false conflation of violent sexual assault and sexually predatory behavior, you are the one saying that. By the way: an identical point is made by lolicons, who say that calling lolicon 'drawn child pornography' harms the victims of real child pornography, though nobody actually conflates the two except the person making that argument.
People have been watching too many "rape review" streams, or whatever the hell chud-logic calls his. Really the whole commentary community. At least for the last year or two, almost only covered sexual assault, and other sexual misconduct allegations. And most of the time it was over thing's like this.
