2. This was a court ordered release (probably months in the making) and "bonded out" was the only thing they could put on record until the paperwork cleared, or...
3. #2 applies but "Bonded out" was entirely in error, or...
4. This was all a gigantic fuckup by somebody hitting the wrong button and he's not going anywhere lmao (unlikely due to timing of new transport order)

I'm sure someone else has already said this, but because I'm not reading through 700+ replies to make sure, it's important to make these points clear:

1) Monthly tugboats (SSI+SSDI) pause during incarceration after the first 30 days incarcerated.
2) Monthly tugboards do not resume until CWC files proper paperwork / goes into the social security office and jumps through hoops.

So I'd expect CWC's monthly tugboats to be on indefinite pause, which will definitely inform future developments.

It does seem like a long time to give ROR. But it could also be that the shit that he's been talking about for months (group home) finally came to fruition and he now has a safe/supervised place to go not jail, and therefore ROR is now a feasible option. It does make sense as it's hard to do supervised ROR to somebody who is homeless, and unsupervised ROR is probably not an option for this offense.
