He's out of jail for now, but still has pending charges and a criminal case. He's out on Bond. Not cleared of charges or found innocent. Chances are they finally found a Tard Home willing to try and sit on him, at least until trial. How he does in that environment will probably factor into whether the Autism Deferal of his Criminal Charges is granted.

As we have noted before Chris is one of those special cases that the Justice system is really not good at dealing with anymore. At least not since they shut down all the Lobotomy Vans. The Judge DA and defense attorney may be getting creative in figuring out what the fuck to do with the retarded mother fucker that fucked his mother.

If Chris goes to a group home, he will be allowed online unless court ordered. However, if he doesn’t have his own phone or computer, he’ll rely on the privilege of using the communal ones in the home. I doubt he’ll be seen without a tard wrangler nearby, and usually outings are done in groups with the house residents: grocery shopping, bike riding at the park, the cinema for some capeshit. Solo-outings with a tard wrangler or family member/friend are usually doctor appointments or special occasions/visits. Based off his arrest, I wouldn’t be surprised if they have someone watching him 24/7. Some autists can be left alone for an hour or so at a time before you should check on them. Others, you must keep an eye on them the entire time they’re awake with maybe 10 minute checks while they’re asleep. If he is in a group home, he will have to earn his privileges. No “behaviors” (tard rages), do chores, maintain healthy hygiene, THEN an hour on the computer.

My heart goes out to the employees. It is mentally and physically draining work. Thankless work. The employees are paid the same wages as fast-food employees, and risk being bitten and attacked daily, and with every incident report, the employee must prove they were not neglecting/abusing the resident. As someone whose worked in group homes for both adults and youth this isn't entirely accurate (at least in Canada in a province I can't dox myself I work as a wildfire fighter for the government). It might differ in the US but if you're in a group home you still have human rights and aren't watched 24/7 without explicit consent from the resident regardless how much of a fuck up they are. They're still embolden to the Canadian Human Rights charter. In Canada he would be able to come and go as he pleases however his bond agreement may differ what he would and wouldn't be able to do. Since he isn't charged yet I'm not sure they can deny him anything. I've worked with a literal pedophile and he still could do as he wanted (accept be around children in public but he still wasn't charged as one as he is high functional autistic he was never charged only a psychiatrist recommendation). Dependent on the level of care they may need more 1 on 1's. You are right about having to 'earn' certain privileges but then again you can't force anyone to do anything.

It honestly depends on the home. Some are given free reign of community and told they just have to be back by a certain time. Some are given free reign of the home itself and just have a lights out time. Some are told they must be out of their rooms during day hours (ususally 9 to 3) and only in communal areas and are only allowed into community for medical appointments and require 1:1 workers if out for them.

Considering his charges he is probably going to be in one that is stricter.
