The hospital probably knows zero of chris' online activities. There's no reason they would. If memory serves me correct, even when chris had the therapeutic docket he didn't bring up any of his bullshit there.

Maybe I'm remembering wrong but I thought his current galpal had asked him multiple times if he brought up his invisible friend and merge nonsense with his counselor and he said no.
