Prison Letters May 11, 2022 - Chris writes letter trying to shift blame to Barb

I love how there's now this weird ambiguity to who was taking advantage of who. A psychotic mother and freak son are now in the battle to prove who can take advantage of who, lmao.
Predator vs. Predator.
It's the only way lolcows can interact with each other: by flinging shit at each other. Both of them get covered in shit, and only the bystanders benefit.

If Barb's dementia is real and severe enough, I could believe she would do or say inappropriate sexual things (that's pretty common in dementia patients) but back in 2011, there's no way. Chris would've mentioned it at the time or any of the other times he talked about incest dreams among which.
A lot of people have said this, but the cwcki gives me the impression there are still details that are coming to light that only people he's interacted with in person know about.

If you watch the documentary on Willowbrook (I recommend Children of Darkness and Titicut Follies as well) you'll have a pretty good idea of what Bob imagined when he heard the word tard home. Which is ironic because his son ended up sitting in his own shit, wailing and jerking off in the dark anyway. I blame him but I can kind of see his thought process.
Tism wasn't something a man of Bob's generation could really grasp. And institutions when he grew up, as you pointed out, were horrific snake pits and putting someone in one was on the same level as just chucking them into the garbage. In Chris's case, he was a kid at a time they actually had beneficial treatments and they fucked him up by "mainstreaming" him when it not only kept him from getting at least some help but also probably fucked up everyone else's education who had to deal with this tard raging weirdo chimping out and being held down while his screams were recorded.

He also seemed to believe such dreams were normal. While it's possible for a normal person to have a weird dream, he didn't seem to think there was anything wrong about it as far back as 2011. I blame the Idea Fags for planting the idea that he could attack Barb with impunity for the time they got him to punch her.

They are to blame, but if it hadn't been them, it would have been somethings else.

I think it was inevitable that Chris would eventually lose his fear of Barb, and after that happened it was only a matter of time…

Speaking of which, whatever happened to that video? Now that Fatso is in Jail for fucking his mom, why is that being held back? I get why the audio/video of him crying after Bob died isn't public, but I don't see why they leaked the videos of Lardass pissing on floor and then pretending to fuck his imaginary friends and not him punching Barb. I get it was held back in good faith to protect him/barb or something but what good is holding it back now?

I hate to think about it, nobody cared when he first punched Barb because so many people dislike her. Now that she is even weaker, if Chris goes back to the house, she will just let it happen, Chris can threaten her with physical violence if she isn't willing to have sex.

Not surprising as Chris' brand of 'tism made him interpret a lot of miscues during his adult life. He had a list of affirmations shortly before he started sexually assaulting his mother, and one of them was if a female flirted with him, he will flirt back. I think that's what got him in trouble at TMG in the first place. If he didn't know about boundaries then, he'll never learn, which he hasn't.
To reiterate, Null texted Chris about what he was doing "I even heard rumors you groped someone's ass" and Chris continued with his Hyperneptunia LARP to disregard the warnings/Null typed something not to "Pristine" Christine's liking and Make-Belief essentially steamrolling until his meltdown via Hedgehog defense mode and ban.
(Confused the hobby shop with the con)

he was being a social butterfly, spreading positivity and good vibes to celebrate his transformation to a setsy woman. Unfortunately, the other con goers didn’t see it that way.

edit: I wonder if he went Hedgehog defense mode in jail yet?

Chris believed he could bang Snyder with his car or pepper spray store employees without consequences, I think it is most likely his autistic inability to empathize that made harming his mother inevitable, if there was something to be gained for him from it. To me it's like assuming that because a snake takes a while to eat a mouse in its enclosure, it isn't capable of doing so. Chris's interests just didn't align with the need to hurt Barb until recently, and even then he still has convinced himself that he was the one giving her something, in that he pleasured her in ways her past lovers couldn't etc.

Also, might've already been brought up in this thread but I find it interesting that several bits of information from the incest reveal texts are present in Chris's latest letter. Barb's upbringing, the funny story about her dad that is presumably the one alluded to in this letter, her past lovers' ability to satisfy her and her masturbation habits - this was all to my recollection spilled by Chris in his texts. I just find it funny that if Chris still intends to deny that they had sex (which he initiated), he is providing details that lend consistency and credibility to his original confession.

Late, took a break from the farms for a bit.

I don't know if they still do this on an official basis, but it used to be a custom some places to gladly buy someone a bus ticket anywhere else. One way.

Yup, they'll send them anywhere they want as long as it's sufficiently far away, and if they don't specify, they send them to some accepting place they're less likely to leave, like San Francisco or Portland.

Generally when someone is released from prison after a long stay, they get anywhere from $20 to $200 depending on the state. This is called gate money. Virginia sort of has a generous gate money policy. They take 10% of all money sent to the inmate and try to create a savings account with $1,000 to be given to the inmate upon release. They also take 10% of the prisoner's wages from doing prison labor to put into the account. This is called Forced Savings.

I don't know for sure, but this probably doesn't apply to people awaiting trial.

We need Pointless Sperg to clear this up but I think the story goes:

Thanks, but I'm just a retard in a completely different jurisdiction with related experience, again don't take what I say as gospel -- I just know how to do research since I've done it elsewhere.

  • The tugboat keeps on tugging because Chris is still technically presumed innocent. Once his bank account hits around $3000 the tugboat is paused, so Chris will have a nice little nest egg. Not to mention 10% of weenbux from commissary etc

SSDI does not have any sort of asset limitations. You could have a billion dollars in the bank, own five yachts, and still receive it. The resource limitation only applies to SSI. The information provided in the past has said that Chris was receiving SSDI, not SSI. Now, this could be wrong, but SSDI would make sense, since the time frame that Bob signed up Chris for it was during the window where he could be put on lifetime SSDI as an adult for a documented condition from childhood.

  • Class A misdemeanors don't require SOR registration so Chris can go visit Barb after he says "Sorry your honor" in July

It's a Class 5 felony, capable of being prosecuted as a Class 1 misdemeanor. There are no "Class A" misdemeanors in Virginia.

The sex offender registry requirements in Virginia do not have a general distinction between felonies and misdemeanors, or the class thereof. Qualification for mandatory registration is based on a list of statutes violated, how many times they are violated, and in what circumstances.

For incest, for the violation of the Persons Forbidden to Marry statute (which Chris is charged under), it does not differentiate between a felony or misdemeanor conviction. This includes violations of the statute that cannot be charged as a felony (for instance, sex with your adult niece/nephew).

The criteria in this case is that no registration is required if Chris is convicted, regardless of if it's a felony or not.

Instead, Chris will have to register if Barb is ruled incapacitated as part of the conviction. This applies even if he's only convicted of a misdemeanor.

  • Barb isn't living with Cole, she's living with her sister and the man that even Chris admits they fought over, sexually.

We don't know Barb's location with any certainty, at least last I checked. We just know that Tom and Harriet were assisting her after the accident.

Nick Bate said his little sister came onto him too.

I'd almost believe it considering how fucking inbred that family looks, but that's another cow.

It hasn't been called Moldavia in ages, also who gives a shit where Moldova is other than people trying to score a cheap white girl from Eastern Europe?

It's still called Moldavia by the Transnistrian government, as well as other USSR irredentists. You hear it called that all the time on Russian TV these days. It constantly blows me away at how they swear they're not Communist but they wave the hammer and sickle.

It reminds me when Chris tried to get unbanned from the Game Place store and he assumed because he was upset about it Snyder would unban him if he apologised and explained how he felt since Chris’s thoughts and emotions are all that matter.

Chris does understand that other people have thoughts and emotions, the problem is that he can only understand the world from how he thinks. To a normal person it would be like knowing that fire is hot and someone else swearing it's cold. Your only rational interpretation would be that the other person is badly misinformed or outright insane or malicious.

To Chris, *everything* is like that. If he sees something a certain way, it's the True and Honest way the world is, and anyone who sees things differently is wrong. He's not really alone in this aspect -- you see that line of thinking from SJWs a lot -- Chris is just an extreme example.

If Chris thinks a certain food tastes bad, someone else who likes the food is just wrong. It's like if the people who rail against pineapple on pizza actually took it seriously instead of as a meme. If Chris accepts a difference of opinion, he's just humoring the other person because it's not something that's particularly important to him.

That's why he gets so upset about something as inconsequential as Sonic's arm color. It's important to him, so there is something wrong or malicious with people who like the blue arms.

Not really. If he acts crazy in court too much then either he is just going to get a more harsh sentence from pissing off the judge and everyone involved, or worse case he gets insanity. Either option really isn't good, as being sentenced to stay in a mental ward is just as bad if not worse then a normal sentence as they will keep you drugged up the whole time and you have to deal with the mentally insane.

Acting insane in court is not an insanity defense. How insane you are *now* is in no way proof that you were insane when you committed the crime. Chris could chop off his arms, legs and duck now and he couldn't use it as proof that he was too crippled to rape his mom, he'd have to prove that he had no arms, legs and duck at the time of the crime.

The only thing his current mental state affects is if he can be tried for his crimes at all, in which case he would never receive a verdict of any kind and the trial would just be shelved.

We have enough independent evidence from Chris himself that he at least percieved a cognitive decline. Remember he claimed his magic milk injections were helping cure Barb's memory problems. He bought himself an instruction manual for how to fuck the mentally handicapped. He believed she was suffering a mental decline. Which all by itself elevates things to rape.

Cognitive decline does not make it rape. Having a bad memory, or having poor decision-making abilities does not count as incapacitation. For it to be rape, Barb would have to be so incapacitated that she did not know what was happening, and/or so incapacitated that she could not communicate a lack of consent. Otherwise every time a stupid or forgetful person fucked it would be rape.

In Virginia, like in most places, in the absence of intentional intimidation or physical force, not refusing consent is considered de facto consent. Refusing consent at a different time also does not count as refusing consent at a later time. Otherwise, getting rebuffed by a girl on a first date but then scoring on the third date would be rape.

Diminished Capacity

And that would honestly be a Good End for Chris because it means the state is obligated to take some responsibility for him. Things do not tend to go well for Chris (or anyone else) when he's left to his own devices.

This. Chris is very, very lucky that DimCap due to autism was restored in Virginia shortly before the crime.

They'll just send him back to the hospital. Note: there's a limit to how long the court can hold him in jail under these charges. There's no such limit to how long the court can keep him hospitalized; only a limit to the court's patience.

There's no overall limit, but the requirements get steeper the longer he's hospitalized. Eventually the requirements become the same as civil commitment (either the level of that of someone not charged with a crime, or if he's charged with a sexually violent offense, the civil commitment requirements are the same as if he had been convicted of the offense and completed his sentence).

For simple incompetence, there is a limit. Depending on how you interpret it, it could either be one year from his arrest, or five years from his arrest.

However this is probably moot since they let him out of the hospital. I don't think they believe he's going back.

Didn't Chris actually ask Barb to put him out of his virgin-with-rage misery at some point after Bob died, and she said no? Maybe he was just railing to his "friends" that she should, or maybe I'm remembering it wrong. Anyway, there's no doubt in my mind that if Barb had made him a genuine offer ten years ago, he'd have jumped at the chance and been banging her continuously, every three days like clockwork, for the past decade. Therefore I think this latest story is revisionist Christory and a lie.

Being Barb's caregiver makes Chris liable for an extra duty of care. The fact that he was responsible for her well-being makes it easier to prove rape. In addition, as a senior citizen, Barb has extra legal rights and protections under the law. It's not at all like getting too frisky with a date or nagging a high-school sweetheart into putting out. Elderly people are in a special protected class, even more so because Chris was in a position of authority over Barb at the time of the incident. Is it enough for them to charge him with a felony? Who knows.

Chris Chan should be charged with a felony simply for the fact that it is just not plausible for him to ever get a job. He don’t want a job and he also wouldn’t be able to do the job either. Too lazy but also his intelligence is too low as well. It’s not like Chris Chan can be released and get a job and support himself. Prison is the best solution. It’s going to drain police resources to get and catch Chris Chan while he runs back to branchland land court 14 and Chris Chan kicks down the front door and just charges straight towards Barb. Everybody wins by keeping chris Chan in custody. Well everyone besides internet men. However, the men online are not actually willing to let Chris Chan come to live with them at their own houses. Some people may talk a big game online but even the most foolish of retarded humans would know better than to let a Chris Chan into their home. I mean, for some odd reason some women do let dangerous men into their homes that end up murdering them, but with Chris Chan there’s just something extra besides danger that turns off all humans.

Chris Chan just can’t handle being free if he can’t live in the sonichu temple! Chris Chan could have been released on bail on day one if he accepted the plea deal, but Chris Chan probably is screaming the words, “give me my sonichu temple or give me death!”

Hi all. I'm a first-time poster, but I've been lurking for almost 2 years now. Please, forgive me for not being totally caught up on the Chris drama... And Christory in general. I was late to the party and only discovered Chris around the same time I discovered this site, almost 2 years ago, as I said.
I apologize in advance, I don't know how to spoiler anything and I don't want to de-rail the thread. I am prepared for autistic ratings.
Anyway, reason I finally made an account here (and am posting) is pretty retarded...

Long story short, I wrote a letter to Chris. I was undecided on whether to actually mail it or not. I've been watching Chris Chan: A Comprehensive History. Obviously, I'm aware of the events of the past year... But I've had a hard time reconciling that sick shit with the Chris of old.
I've had to take breaks. So for context, I wrote a letter to the old Chris who still seemed redeemable. It was almost like a creative exercise. Anyway, I had this letter all written up and in an envelope with stamp, addressed to Chris, just sitting on my desk. Not really planning to actually send it but I felt compelled to write a letter to the old Chris. So, I was away from home for about a week.
And when I came back, the letter was gone. I live with an older family member who would have no idea who Chris Chan is. I'm pretty sure she just saw a letter on my desk with an address and stamp, and just put it in the mailbox.
I didn't include a return address but now I'm not sure what to do. I wasn't actually planning on sending this shit. It was more like mourning for the past Chris that may have been saved. But it was a hand written letter. Anyway again, I'm fully prepared for my autistic ratings for this dumb shit. But at the same time I just feel weird about this. If that letter reached Chris, what should I do? Should I just ignore it and pretend it was never sent? It was more like a letter to the past. I wasn't really meaning to send it.

I would never normally reach out to a cow.
You sent the letter on purpose and now you regret it, no need for the lie as it’s obvious. If you didn’t really mean to send it, you wouldn’t have even spent the time and effort making it, and getting the envelope ready to send.
As for what you should do, even though you’re making it sound like Chris is going to send a literal bomb to your house, is either discard the letter or just read it since it’ll possibly come anyways. Just don’t upload it online, unless that pesky family member will do that to you as well.

Prison is the best solution.

A tard home with a tall fence far away from Ruckersville is a better solution. And cheaper. Also Chris would have to pay for it himself from his tugboat, not the taxpayer.

but with Chris Chan there’s just something extra besides danger that turns off all humans.

It's the smell.

If Barb's dementia is real and severe enough, I could believe she would do or say inappropriate sexual things (that's pretty common in dementia patients) but back in 2011, there's no way. Chris would've mentioned it at the time or any of the other times he talked about incest dreams among which.
Oh shit I forgot about the incest dreams. The writing was always on the wall.

Is anyone else shocked we've not seen any other letters yet? It's been 27 days since he sent this one and apart from the nut house this is the longest he's been radio silent for since all this started.
I'm guessing they're tired of all the weens spamming letters towards their inboxes.
Or Chris's court hearing is nearing around the corner and the lawyer really needs him to stfu to help him not end up knee deep in shit creek if he keeps replying to those letters. Not like he is.
