Ok, one thing that has me in a state of confuzzlement is whether there is some meaning to him being transferred back to CVRJ instead of just left in whatever loony bin he was in.

Any ideas? I don't have any obviously or I'd have offered one, as stupid as it would have been.

I would assume it is standard practice to send inmates back to jail after their court ordered psychiatric evaluation of competency is complete and a medication/therapeutic regiment is established. Same deal if he was sent there due to some sort of psychiatric crisis. Keeping someone in a hospital is a lot more expensive for the state than keeping them in jail and there aren't enough beds to go around in state run facilities. Two months is a reasonable period of time to establish which medications keep him relatively stable and manageable for prison staff and get him deemed competent enough to move forward with court proceedings.

Something I just noticed about the pic. His jail shirt is fucking filthy. Look at them side by side again and not how the newly issued shirt is nearly spotless yet after almost a year there's dirt practically embedded into the fabric.

Like I get Chris is a lazy dumbass who probably doesn't even know how to use a washing machine but don't jails have some laundry? The only reason his uniform should be that dirty is either cvrj is a shot jail that doesn't have any laundry service for its inmates or he hasn't bothered washing it in almost a year.

I’ve seen the photo, but it’s not enough evidence for me to get my hopes up about his junk being trashed. I’ve been let down too many times.

It might be more of wishful thinking than facts about Chris's current state.
