May 3, 2022 - Chris returned to CVRJ

One blurry mugshot and suddenly the farms know exactly what medication he's on, how many black dicks he's taken, and how his soul is irreparably broken after 2 months in a hospital.

Here's something I know for sure: We don't know shit and anything more is wild speculation.

Jeezus imagine Chris in jail for ten years. He deserves it, and probably more, but he's someone that's never been away from his comforts for more than a few days and that might actually make him catatonic or insane for real.

If Chris gets a 10 year sentence, he will go to prison, not jail.

Now for shits and giggles, lets say Chris was getting treatment and suddenly had a moment of lucidity where he finally understands and starts blabbing about how bad it was to force himself on Barb, and all the times he did it, and how he's sorry for for assaulting her. Can that be admissible in his case? Like, can the hospital or wherever send things like that to the court and it would be used against Chris? Like if he admitted "Yeah she didn't want it that night, but I was just so horny".

Yes. This falls under mandatory reporting under § 63.2-1606(A). You might make the argument that since the abuse was already known about, it does not need to be reported, so it's really up to the medical staff to make that call.

Since this was done under the auspices of the court, though, they most likely get access to the reports anyway. Such evaluations do not enjoy privilege.

1. There's no definitive proof it was a loony bin. It's likely, but he could have also been in a real hospital for a health condition. He could have got "covid" and been transferred out for an exaggerated amount of time. He could have had a medical condition arise or needed diagnosed. He could have got a bad injury that he needed to recuperate and be away/out of prison until he was fit to go back. If he did spaz out upon hearing he'd being in jail another 3 months and crack his head against a wall or god forbid try to off himself, he'd need a month or two to heal to full capacity before going back to general population.
2. He's not in rehab, he's in jail. If he had some psych problem that needed address and they "fixed" it, he doesn't get to keep lazing around the psych ward. It's back to prison.

There's a problem with your assertion though. If Chris were just in the hospital for an illness or something, he'd still be allowed to write letters and make phone calls. We would have heard from him.

Yeah, some lawyer would take the case.

fren?

You want someone who will win the case and get you money.

well, it's lgbtq+ victimhood chris being paid to STFU. i don't think they're allowed to take into consideration that he deserves to die hungry.

and i thought my estimate wasn't much considering the topic is so fashionable. 2nd thought, half it. chris doesn't know the difference or value.
it's just more money than this theoretical free-range chris had before becoming a nuisance to virginia again.

either way you see my point was that it comes around eventually. not even chris' current lawyer would GAF i'm sure.

I disagree, if the fat autist only ends up doing a year in jail for multiple instances of rape committed against a family member, that's not NEARLY punishment enough.
On the other hand, for Chris specifically, jail wasn’t so bad and protected status in a prison probably wouldn’t be either as long as no one forced him to work or mingle with other people. For him, a real punishment would be a tard home with monitored internet (if any), no snacks or sugary drinks, no choice of TV shows, and no games.

Good lord. Lucid Chris saga?
He (probably) wasn’t in the hospital to become lucid. Just competent enough to assist in his defense.

I don’t think Chris has realized it’s wrong to fuck your own mom.
Based on things he’s posted, he knows it’s illegal and considered to be immoral. The thing is, he thinks that’s dumb and people should be able to do it if they want to. Or at least he should, because he’s special.

Rather, I think what he’s realized … is that he’s never going to get his old life back and has no recourse in continuing his comfortable lifestyle of legos, fast food and tardbux.
That probably won’t hit him until it actually happens. Until he sees an empty house (if it’s empty), or is turned away by Barb’s family. Until he spends his first night somewhere other than 14bc. He will remain in denial until then no matter what anyone tells him. He might even disbelieve photos and call them “shops.”

I thought his stay was until July. Has it been fulfilled? Is he declared competent? Let's see with the letters he writes back.
His next hearing is in July. We don’t know how long his hospital stay was for.

Chris was put on experimental crack.

My best guess on the situation is that the hospital thinks it's done its job, but Chris' status will probably not be up for review until the July hearing. I doubt they will move it up, but I could be wrong.
If they have Chris competent to stand trial, is it possible they would move the court date up for fear that it’s basically temporary and would deteriorate over time in jail?

So I watched all 62 Sonic Says. Chris has blatantly ignored 30 of them. 31 if he doesn't wear his seatbelt(i'm not sure).

It's interesting that he has ignored every single moral one(respect your elders, share, everyone is special) but he fervently stuck to the ones like "don't smoke" or "don't drink." I think those ones being associated with the bad guys made it easier for him to associate them with "don't do this."

It's also worth noting that a lot of the ones he hasn't blatantly ignored are just ones that have never come up. Chris doesn't skateboard, he doesn't swim, he doesn't go to the beach. Those very specific ones make up like half of these segments, but I'm sure if Chris DID do those things, he'd ignore those segments as well.
I’ve watched none sonic says and I can pretty confidently say everyone here has ignored at least half of them, even though we all grew up watching something equivalent.

The only evil here is society.
Morality is with or without "society", and says that boinking one's mother isn't exactly a good idea.

After dealing with Chris and being that old I'd imagine she'd step down to another position in the church like elderly Sunday school and general helper.
I imagine Chris is also the reason the prostitute retired (or so I heard).
